I'm 6'3" and 190. I have them, they're okay, but I can't deal with super high speeds( no edges/floppy skis) so I usually just ride switch. they're a great ski, i love mine.
I would think that at that size you'd probably feel some instability on big jumps and at high speeds on hardpack, but everywhere else, especially in soft snow, you should be fine.
I LOVE my anthems. I ride the 178s and have skied waist deep pow and steep chutes with them, and they hold up really well. They really aren't that floppy, and the eliptical side cut just shreds differently, but its a really cool turn. They won't be good ice skis, but for the park skier that likes to ski elsewhere
judging by your enormous size, i would go with two cinder blocks. one for each foot. for a binding i suggest a combination of garrote wire, cow manure and a bannana.
