The 2nd Annual Photo Annual Big Air at Perfect North is February 7th.

More details will be coming in the next couple days, but as of right

now, it's shaping up to be even better than last years, and hopefully

you all remember how sick last years was. The jump should be pretty

much perfect. Hopefully all of you can make it out and I or Tad or

someone else will post more details when they are available. Get stoked!

More Details:

Registration Fee may be a bit more than normal, like $15 and $20

however it may also include a t-shirt to take with. Prizes aren't quite

determined yet however I'm hoping for them to be Good and Numerous...

last year we did a Season Pass and some boards/skis, oakleys,

Skullcandies, and the likes.. so expect at least that type of level and

maybe we'll see if we can step that up a bit too...

The

Jump should be available pretty much the way its going to be for the

contest as soon as Monday or Tuesday and once it is built i intend to

leave it alone for the most part. I'm thinking that Thursday/Friday

we'll chainsaw it to get the nice crisp lines we want. It will be

similar in shape and feel as it is now except i hope for it to be at

least 10 feet larger, perhaps a bit more Step-Downish for the spectator

appeal, and obviously not as icy as it is with -4°F and no Park Bully

for me to fix it with.

Also this year we're going to try

and give each winner a Poster of the best picture our Pro Photographers

get, we're hoping that goes quickly and we can get them to them that

night, we'll see. Also there is a chance we will have a contest to vote

for the best photo, and you may also be able to buy the photographs

after the contest at some point. We're working on those details.

Saturday is looking like it's going to be good weather wise, hopefully the rain holds off. Hope to see all you guys out there.

Pro Ski 1st Tom Price, 2nd Busken 3rd ..?

Am Ski 1st Kyle (decker?) snow mafia kyle.. 2nd Cal 3rd..?

sorry the info sucks

Tom did a switch 9 and 10, and a huge rodeo 5. Busken did a super sick cork 5, 7 and 9, and then a ridiculous double front. 3rd was Adam Weaver with some real big spins.

Am was first was Kyle Taylor, second was Cal, and third was Kyle Kelly.

Overall the atmosphere and the contest were super good, it turned out really good.

how were the conditions? i was thinking about going for a bit last night to practice in the mini park. i didn't tho because pretty much all of the snow had melted around my house.

couldnt of asked for better.. not too warm, but the landings were nice and soft..

seriously. if ur somebody who skis pns regularly, or even the midwest regularly u should know itll be fine. pns has survived worse weather than this
