At least I'm set for a while

I even hate those. G looking boots but I feel like the company has just gimmicked people all these years while advertising as “park boots” when all the while the boots break so easily and they have horrible heel lock even if your foot perfectly fits.

Well I came from some hand me down atomic boots so I fell in love with these then found the green pair on snow share for 100$ so now I have two

Eh when I shifted to full tilts my shin bang went away quickly and never returned, plus they are the comfiest, warmest boots I've ever owned and the heel lock has been pretty good for me (although I'm on the wide shells). Other people I know have not had such glowing results so foot shape is definitely important. Fair play on durability tho, I break my boots way too often. I think at this point there are plenty of competitors with great boots, even in the three-piece segment like Dalbello or Roxa, that Full Tilts aren't anything special but they're still good boots.

more and more kids will cop HVXs and use them while having no idea to frame their fisheye shots or properly use camera settings AKA EXPOSURE and just point and shoot the thing.[/quote]

HVXs prices going up? Someone wanna buy mine, comes with two 64gb cards, fisheye, and 6 batteries.

Speaking of painting boots, what kinda paint do u use for that. Wanna paint my full tilts all white

Rit Dyemore - boil some water, put dye in while water is still hot, then but boot shells in

Depending on what color your shells are now, you’ll need a few bottles to get them all white

i’d say the price changed at all, ebay is a bad way to determine the market value of something.

^^^ yea.... no. you can only dye things darker. and there really is a limit to how dark it can get. i recently just did my gfs scarpas from lime green to black with 5 bottles of rit graphite and theyre not fully black.

i really would not paint boots. itll chip and look worse in the long run.

-Way too many people trying to be like child labor (do your own thing)

-More iPhone clips than ever

-Euro guys are going to continue to separate themselves from everyone else, they’re progressing at an unfair rate and it’s extremely exciting to watch

-Color Pop, I think with way more people getting into sewing and making their own gear, I think it’s likely we’ll see a boost in color that we didn’t have the option of before

-lastly, I hate to say it but goggles over, dudes like Sam lobinsky and durham Jones make it look pretty fire and I wouldn’t be surprised if more people hop on it.

I'll agree on some here:

- i'm a euro, been here for quite some time and we all had a talk the other day that the eu ski scene especially the hotspots like innsbruck etc. are having a huge revival in skiers and very young kids going into the ski lifestyle. We love it to be fair and also that euro skiings starts having a flair that is very distinctive from other regions. i Really enjoy that you can say he has that us style, NZ style, scandinavian style and mid europe kinda thang.

- about the goggle over the helmet - > some people do make it look pretty lit and honestly, its very practical too lol. so i think we will continue to see an increase there :)

- youtube edits - people finally use social media for small releases like clips and tool to promote long form content on youtube for example. Instead of fully using ig only or whacktok (sorry i'm just too old for tikok, fair play to anyone who enjoys using it).

lots more kids 14-18 y/o filming with handycams and making capeesh type edits.

every kid gonna have either capeesh or harlaut apparel.

more euro focus than ever

mostly dude, i think this year will be kinda boring for trends. we are at such an apex of trends that i think it will be a little stale now. we have too many people making outerwear, indie skibrands are popping up left and right and the normies have started to catch up to the hipsters (or what you may call them). only the serious ones that really make a name for themselves will survive.

i also predict that montec/dope will make another outerwear company to try to stay relevant once again.

Harlaut apparel will become the next Dope/Montec in few years, maybe?

Not even comparable lmfao, harlaut is literally run by the greatest freeskier of all time, sponsors sick athletes and is involved in the film scene.

If anything, harlaut apparel is the new saga. It’s filling a huge void in skiing and doing a very good job of it.

Absolutely not. The reason why dope and montec is wack is because they don’t care about the culture at all. It looks like clothes from alibaba with a logo slapped on and the main reason why people buy it is because it’s cheap and somehow functional. harlaut has a team and is actually pushing cool graphics with fits inspired by the 90s, with more “style over comfort”. Maybe they will go more mainstream at some point but I think Oscar and henrik always will put the culture and what they like first, kinda like supreme

Kratom makes a comeback

I kinda hope not. I've seen a few people in my life develop rather crippling addictions to that. The withdrawals can rival that of heroin/other heavier opioids if you get deep enough into it

If that’s so I retract my last post, always thought it was harmless

Tons of kids have Harlaut in Finland. By sheer market saturation, it will cause some people to turn away and abandon the brand.

Maybe not in the us, but in eu almost every kid has harlaut pants

Kids posting their own clips on their story even if its been months since the post has been made.

More of those cringey 360 cam go pro super bright type shots you see on the gram.

Vail continues to somehow fuck more shit up.

Park skiing continues to lose funding

Continuance of people asking about jet skis, more "average" type skiers buying them

parachute pants decline, they look so bad 90% of the time.

Phis kaje and clebal

everyone knows that and doesn't care, did you know people can dress how they want regardless of wealth? my entire wardrobe is basically from thrift stores because im not spending a lot of money on some cotton when it could be spent elsewhere.
