I could totally see someone forgetting which completely irrelevant and forgetao ski company’s cleaver they were talking about.

I’m pretty aware of the Indy ski brand scene and honestly had no clue either were still producing skis.

I never see anyone skiing Surface especially, except for a local influencer around here who got a free pair haha. Even when I lived in UT for a year and the week long trip I took there last week, didn't ever see a single pair.

Haha but then on the flip side almost every kid on the freestyle team out here is riding them like they’re going outta style.

They said they just started making protos of the 192 118 this season, so I think it was a late addition and might be a similar release to what they did with the Sender Squad this past year. They said the 192 118 is what Pehota's been on this year, along with a 194 BO110.

Thats fine, my opinion is that I like heavier skis more for inbounds skiing, you like light ones.

but you have so many options for light twin tips and there very few options for heavy ones, go choose any of the light options instead of complaining that the few heavy options are too heavy.

Agreed on the heavier skis chain. Touring wise im all for shaving weight but in bounds you need that weight to blast through stuff. Shaving weight would lower one of the black ops best characteristics: chop destroying

What you do is you get the b ops, and when in need of a gun, wang em on the head with your b opsand ski away, get the 192 and you’ll have 6 more cm of range

Reverse sidecut skis are almost all taper. Kappa

Honestly tho, even though the ski has a steep taper, I don't think the actual length of taper along the sidecut is particularly long.

Yes sorry I'm not arguing with anyone I'm just joking around in the end. Skis are so personal i could care less if people want to shred heavy or light or soft or stiff skis for any reason. It's all good.

The color/black fade was a custom option this season, but I haven’t seen 2 with different colors.

Seems like a Custom topsheet but you can see the design was moved further up into the ski. The fade to black is more in the nose.

This is just a generic team top we put on protos or team skis (some on skis that were sold this year as well). I think we have like 10 color variants. Some are see through in sections to see the composites in the ski.
