Just got a pair of the new 94's and they are nothing like the old ones. The sidewall is thicker than the sidewall on my ON3P Jeff's! and they are stiff as a board underfoot. I'm not so sure about the tip and tail but the new chronic is for sure on the beefier side, on par with poachers. Can't wait to rip em next season. These might be a he first pair of Lines that don't delam and fall apart after a few days of hucking at Hood!

Love the new top sheets

Yeah I bought a pair of the 94s and I'm overall impressed by the build quality. I've yet to ski them but anticipate that I'll love them.

I will say that they are absolutely not "stiff as a board". They feel moderately flexible and very poppy, as advertised. Y'all park rats need to expose yourselves to some different skis.

I'll also add one more semi-neutral note on the skis. The sidewalls are certainly thick and the construction seems solid. However, the bases seemed somewhat dry on arrival and I did note two scuffs. This is by no means the end of the world given the carnage these skis will see next winter. But it's a bit of a qualifier given that my ON3Ps came with perfect bases and zero defects. Regardless, I'm pretty stoked about the new Chronics and consider the ~$500 price tag a decent deal for what you get.

Yeah, when I said stiff as a board I meant underfoot. Plus if you smoke them after a season, line will replace them since they have a pretty decent warranty policy (that how I got my hands on these puppys)

Now the real question here is: mount em with Pivots or Attacks?

I'm set on pivots, though I feel admittedly a bit funny spending almost as much on bindings as I did on the skis. Someone help me find a deal plz!

got damnit i was hoping these things would hold up

To be fair they’ll do about as well as most skis, if you ride any skis the way these were ridden they’d break just as quick, I just thought it was funny that these skis were literally made to not do this
