2019 Kartel 108 Mount?

I've read a few threads pertaining to this already but I'm still torn between recommended and -3/-2.5 from center. Just picked up a pair of 186cm K108's this season and plan on using them all mtn but I still want to be able to spin, flip, butter, ski switch, etc with them. Im 6' and about 220lb for what its worth.

I currently have a pair of J allplays mounted at center for a 'park ski'. When i'm out of the park i still like to ski fairly spirited (lots of butters, natural jumps) as well as rip down the steeps and through the trees. Gonna be using them mostly East Coast as thats where I reside/go to college.

Can anyone add some input into the topic? Thanks NS!

Based on what you’re planning to do with them I’d say anywhere between -2 and -2.5 back would be perfect. Personally Being around your size I’d go with -2 for keeping the park usability alive while still having an all mountain ripper.

Reading into the Blister reviews and reading them claim that the k108;s really demand a more centered stance and adding what you said Evan, Im thinkin' -2.5 would be a good spot

they are plenty playful on the line. unless you plan on riding a lot of park with them, i'd go with on the line. if you are keeping the allplays as your park ski i would definitely go on the line

If you have a dedicated park ski, definitely go recommended! I have Kartel 98 on rec and its awesome there...

Since everyone seems to recommend 2.# and recommended (4.25 on 186) I decided to go -3. But I haven’t ridden mine yet. 4.25 just seems a bit too far back for me for intended purpose of them (hope to ride rails a decent bit)

yeah its a mixed bag of opinions, I like to fuck around alot when im out of the park so I decided on -2.5. Recommended seemed too far back to me as well, oh well. Now we just gotta wait for some snow to see if I made a good decision lol
