Has anyone heard anything about next year's upcoming Saga gear? I know they've experienced a very inconsistent 2018-2019 in terms of customer service after recovering from last year's robbery, but hopefully that's finally in the rearview mirror. Does anyone know if they'll still be in commission next year? My hope is they'll return back to normal.
 
They should be fine, insurance exists for a reason and now they have people charged with the crime so that makes it easier for them to receive compensation. I may be wrong but I work in insurance and having people arrested, charged, and convicted is a huge deal. A lot of the issues are not related to the robbery though. Most of the complaints you see are from people, like me, who still haven't gotten their items they ordered 4 months ago.
