2016 Masters

So the Masters is finally upon us. Hands down my favourite sporting even of the year. During the par 3 challenge yesterday, there were 9 hole in ones. Ricky Fowler and Justin Thomas each got one while they were playing the same hole together. Kind of ridiculous.

Anyway, who's going to take the green jacket this year? Spieth is off to an early lead at -4 so far.

Any particular reason? I hear that from lots of people, but don't particularly see any reason to not like him. I don't love him, but I don't not like him either.

Anyway, he finished -6 today.

I'd like to see Day pull it together and would also be pretty stoked to see Fowler do something, but +8 pretty much eliminates any chance this year.

I managed a 18 on a hole in my heyday as a competitive junior golfer. I think I put 7 balls trying to cross a pond. To proud to club up lol

So looks like the wind was definitely messing with people today. also looks like a lot of the regulars are going to miss the cut.

Spieth still in the lead, but only up by one. Spieth and McIlroy are going to be paired up, so that should be a fun group to watch.

yeah go to the masters website. you can watch featured groups and select holes until full coverage begins on ESPN/CBS. they then stream the exact same thing as what appears on tv, on their website, for free. pretty sweet deal
