2015 line blend snapping?

I have been reading some threads about brand new 2014 and earlier blends snapping after buttering and similar activities. Anyone had this problem with the 2015 blends? Has line addressed this issue? I really want a pair but don't want it to snap on me.

the 2013- 2014's had 3 separate pieces of wood as the core which met halfway between the bindings and tip/tail

the ones after that have a solid core all the way through, so in theory they are more durable.
