2014 Bent Chetler Titanium SPB's?

Heard mixed reviews that next years Bent's might be getting the same SPB's as found in the Automatic? Can anyone actually confirm this as Ive had a good search and found nothing online.

Not true. The Bentchetler has SPBs but they are carbon, not titanium. Same ski 2012/13 and 2013/14, just a graphic change.

We change a ski when there is enough innovation to make a tangible difference. Sometimes a ski is really good the way it is so we keep it until we find ways to make it better. If you change a great ski every year, you end up making changes simply for change's sake and that's not good for anyone. I don't know of any brand that makes huge changes every year. If one year people really like a ski and then the next year it is greatly changed, I think it would anger more people than anything.

Plus, this is Chris' ski. If he likes it the way it is, he won't change it until he wants something different.

Cheers man, it was mainly down to this review I saw from the test in Meribel where the Atomic rep mentioned the Titanium. Now I know its the same I can pick up some of this years in the sale.

Atomic reps often talk about SPBs, but what exactly are they? Apologies if this sound really ignorant, but I just haven't found anything explaining exactly what they are.

God forbid they make the 192 REALLY good. The 192 BC was amazing to me.....until the conditions were Hood, then it folded like a cheap card table.
