I can't decide between these two skis. I'm looking for a ski that will hold up on rails and that is lightweight.I'm 5'4 and 105lbs. I'm currently riding Moment Jibs which fell apart on me.
 
are next year's punx rockered?? because if they aren't they they'll ride completely different..

and if they aren't just pick which one: rocker or camber.

Also, the thalls or k2 domain would be good options
 
The rocker is only 10%, the purpose is to have a catch free ski. It will not ski very different at all in contrast to its older models.

Yes I would strongly assume that the 2014 model is light as well, they have not changed the construction other than a few tweaks.
 
If you can get the 13 cheap then go for it but other than that newer is better in this case personally for me. The new model is a little stiffer also if you're into that.
 
Yeah i'm looking to buy the 2014 Punx's or 2014 Armada Halo's. I can't decide between the two because I'm trying to figure out which is a better ski for rails.
 
Honestly I'd say the Punx. I've skied them for rails and they're light poppy.. and that was last year's model.. with full camber. I just think the Halo's shape is kinda funky
 
I have the '14 Punx and have had the older ones too. and a pair of Team jibs.

The new ones are sick. The 10%rocker doesn't feel like a real rocker and as said is there to make them a little smoother. The flex is a decent bit stiffer now, i'd call it a medium stiff. They feel super solid on bigger jumps, but I find they're still very butterable if you know how to do it reasonably well. I like them way more than the old ones as I like a stiffer ski but still love buttering.

They're not as light as the jibs but are still seem light to me, I have no issues with emergency shifties on them.

I've also ended my season down here in NZ so am looking to sell them!! 182cm mounted with FKS140 for a 28.5 boot. Haven't touched rails so are still super slick, only had 7-10 days use. Shipping would be up to whoever.
