I am currently looking at buying 2012 Nordica Radicts, I was hoping I could get some information or reviews of the ski if anyone happens to own them.

All help will get +k of course

height, weight, age, skier type/style?

dont own them but have skied them quite a few times. havent had them in anything really deep, but the fresh snow i have skied them in was great. they are fairly stiff boards, with a good amount of rocker tip and tail, as well as camber underfoot. made for the soft snow days but can manage hard pack pretty well. if you are looking for a dedicated powder ski, it's a great option. playful in the right conditions, and stable at any speed when you want to charge.

personally i like a patron/helldorado better, mainly for the weight difference. for me, the radict was a bit to throw around in tighter areas. other than that gripe though, they are a fun ski, but i find the patron helldorado to be more versatile.

i skied them once and they definitely float. I didn't think they turned too well though, that or the turning radius is huge. I used 185's and i'm 20, 5'5" and like 120lbs. But I skied them just fine. They didn't even feel that heavy really. I was using JJ's on days too and I liked those better since they had a much smaller TR but I'm not really sure which ones floated better, i think the nordicas did.

turn radius is 18m. which i think is pretty damn quick considering most skis in the same category are usually 24m+

I did enjoy them for powder. I preferred the JJ's more when there was nothing to float on. If I had to buy one ski, it'd be the JJ. But If I had a ski for other conditions and needed one just for powder, then I'd get the radicts. They're good at speed too, once you starrt going faster they turn better but while going slow they're not too agile, i thought.

I decided to buy the Radicts after alot of positive feedback and reviews. I already own a good all mountain ski and I was looking for something to use strictly for powder. I used them for the first time yesterday and damn do they float. I loved the ski. I was a bit slower in the flat, but that's only expected with these fatties. Thanks everyone for feedback.
