Thanks man +K. I think I will go with the large. I think I'll grow about an inch over the summer making it an inch above my knees so I will not be completely baggish. I will also be able to use it for years afterward.

IMO saga is pretty much one of the only outerwear/clothing keeping it up at the moment coughjiberishisgoingdown!?!?!?cough
 
Ok, well this is my take atleast.

The rounds are a way of giving back to the customer so say that they are gonna to have round 1 First and if you order in those tenative dates you will get the HOODIE + SAG STRAPS + FREE SHIPPING.

And then when that date is over they will start round 2 and if you order in then you get the HOODIE.. + FREE SHIPPING...

And so on.......
 
I agree completely, I feel like these two are not mean't to be combined into one. I also think that the idea is not really original, and that they are selling out, as well as becoming out of touch. the reason I like saga is because they are original, as well as being very involved with the skiing industry
 
So I have the PB&J coat from last year. Has anyone seen it paired with red or camo pants? I'm getting one of the two colors in the fatigue pant.
 
its not about dates. its about supply of the free items. once the supply of suspenders are out of stock the next round will start. and so on and so fourth
 
cant wait till there are a thousand of "im 5'1" do i get Xl or XXL i wanna look steezy" but im prob gonna ethier saga grey pants or safari khaki fatigue pants and maybe one of the hoodies
 
And I just ordered but it didn't ask for any detail about the suspenders or hoodie? When everyone else does it normally tonight let me known how that goes.

to be honost i didnt like any of the jackets or pants.. they need to go back to the OG style saga, but i really like all the variety andd choices you can have, i love the sweat shirts and everything else but just not the jackets and pants, just my opion, i own a ton of saga from this years and last years line and i love them, huge saga fan here too!
 
Next level shit, and what's up with not offering deals on suits anymore? And they upped the price due to selling out and distributing their product elsewhere? LMAO R.I.P SAGA, R.I.P Jiberish

Ladies, ladies, shut the fuck up. Back to the thread. Seeing as I'm currently on the other side of the planet, and ahead a solid 18 hours from MST, I've gone ahead and ordered my suit. Rather stoked actually. XL Racoon Fatiuge jacket, L Zissou Fatigue pants, teal Academic tee, and some new park gloves. Woooop!
 
I hope you're not referring to the slob Nyles and his gross ass crib. I was simply stating facts. Saga sold out, upped there prices, and offer no deals. Fuck a suspenders incentive.... what ever happened to the 399 suit deal?
 
Facts and discussion are fine, carrying out on lousy arguements with others is for preschoolers. As for Saga's business strategy, you gotta do what you gotta do. I can imagine they have had an increasing demand for their product from both customers and retailers. Which is why they've "sold out". It personally doesn't affect me. I still get my product, and I'll still be happy with it. Plus ~$140 in free gear and free shipping is quite the bonus for me. I'll also voice my opinion on the Misfts tee as well, not a fan. Too cliche for me.
 
I feel you on a lot of that. I can't hate on the fact they want to make more money, but a lot of the selling out comes from doing good sales throughout the season, especially towards the end of it. Will this also be gone now too? Cause I know when you distribute through retailers like that, you can't just chop prices and undercut people you are supplying, doesn't make them very happy. This is the main reason for them not offering presale deals on suits this year. SO with that being said I don't think we will be seeing any 60% off sales anymore in spring, with all these retailers now....

God damn I think Saga made something special this year, that Crown Jewel suit looks so cool!

I think I have to go get some more work this summer so I can get the money to pay that shit!

Would be my second Saga suit in a row but last year I ordered my first and it really impressed me with it's quality so I think of selling my jacket and ordering a second suit bit more colored since my last years was only black and gray.:P

But hey, variety is the spice of life!
 
Probably won't be much year end sales at all, unless they are local. But I'm still giving props to Saga for giving a bonus. This same thing has happened to ON3P recently, increased demand from customers, and interst from retailers let them expand their business to a level that I'm sure they're more than happy to have that opportunity for them. The downside (as you said) is that the customers who are regulars (both Saga and ON3P in this case,) feel the pinch. It's not the biggest win/win for company/customers, but they do what they can to keep everyone happy. That's how I see it at least.
 
For sure, Im a buyer for my store, and I know that Saga has always been an interest for us, and now it has become a reality to try to carry it. But at the same time, as a customer it sucks due to the price increase etc.... But I think they obviously know their potential and the loss of a few "strictly sale" customers won't hurt them.
 
Everything's coming up Milhouse for everyone. If people don't see it, it's their loss. This is my first Saga suit, I'm very happy with the prices for it (Fatigue pants and jacket). As for the style this year, you can't win them all. I love some of the Anomie colour ways, but the fit isn't my style. I think I'm going to be very happy with the end results, and might buy an On Deck further down the road.
