has anyone ever ridden like the 2010's? and can tell me what to expect? do they hold up at all on rails? stuff like that thanks!

ninthward skis in general are bulletproof so my expectation would be that these are the same

ehhhh,

all the pairs any of my friends had delam'd and edges cracked within the first few weeks of use

there are much better options, for rails look at the liberty lte, armada ar7, and possibly k2 domain all of these have the reputation of being super durable

yea, but i wanted a really nice jump ski too, and these are stiff so yea. but not gonna get K2, hate the graphics and don't like the rockered stuff.

I agree with you. I would recommend the Ar6 or 7 over the HHP. If have the AR6. Great ski. Super fun and super durable. I have skied mined for about 100 days and the are holding great. Just some minimal topsheet chipping

i have the 10's and love them for every thing but i dont know about how they will hold up because i only road them a few times at windells.

i rode the 08 09s last year and i skied about 100 days and now i use them on my summer set up and they have held up so well. i didnt baby these skis at all and theres only a little topsheet chipping. its my favorite ski by far. great flex super light and handles well. durabilty is not a problem. i loved them so much i bought another pair

thanks man ++K i'm forsure going to buy them man, and at $375 for 2011's. not a bad deal either haha. and if something happens there's always warrenty haha

well I won't tell you about what friends said or did, or what I have heard about them, I will speak solely from my own personal experience.

I have had a pair of Le Comte 176cm skis for two seasons now. Two seasons of 130+ days of park riding. The results are, some edge cracks underfoot (inevitable with rails) but absolutely no blown out edges. Yes the top sheets are not the most durable things out there, but that is the least of my concerns. They still perform awesome in the park, and that is why I have chosen to purchase another pair of the exact same. I'm not 100% sure if the durability spreads across all ninthward models, but I would certainly hope so. Cheers!

thank you man, for sure buying the Henrik models hah. any tips on bindings, between the Salomon STH 12's, Look Pivots, or Rossignol FKS's

I love FKS but I have had one primary problem with them. The AFD for the toe piece which sits beneath the toe piece is made of plastic. If I happen to maybe knuck or shoot a bit big, I shatter the shit out of that thing, and then theres is some loose play in my toe vertical travel. Kind of a bitch to repleace. Other than that, I took a 5 huge, ate it switch, and busted off a brake piece, but it can easily be repaired. So my vote goes to FKS......no binding is unbreakable...but they seem to do the best.

Yeah i had a pair of the HHPs 08 09s and they held up great skiing around 4 to 5 times a week also.. Normal chips on the tops sheets and my bases and edges were still in great condition and still are. id say get them forsure and you can get really good deals on them

yea man, on the site presale is $400 and i have $200 and my parents said they go half haha so i'm set, thanks people...

now about those bindings haah

but which ones easier to find mr. stinky pants?

plus the true rossignol FKS14 (the black ones, not the shitty LOOK silver ones) are very close to the 155's of old.

old fucking news.

9thward broke an advertising contract with NS years ago and didn't pay them the full amount that they owed.

keep in mind that 9 was not the only company that did this, they were just the biggest.

also this has been mentioned multiple times recently and every time a moderator has stepped in and said that everyone was more or less over it.

i have last years. they are not too stiff but not too soft. amazing pop. perfect swing rate. most stable skis i have ever riden on. and a sick graphic to much.

I rode mine the end of last season for a few days and absolutely loved them. nice pop and pretty light. i have fks 140s on them and i couldnt be happier.

I think 9 needed it more than NS did, ya feel?
