Quick Facts, I live in Colorado, ski mostly park, but head to the backcountry whenever there's pow
Im basically looking for a ski that kills it in the park, but wont hold me back on pow days or just all mountain riding
I'm just wondering if you guys had any opinions on either the Kung Fujas or the Revivals, or if you guys would recommend any other ski
I appreciate it+K

I think the Kung Fujas looks like a bunch of fun. Never ridden them, but I have heard great things about them. So I say them. Also, if you want another all-mountain ski choice, ON3P Jeronimo. I think that ski is also worth a look at.

Are you a decent skier? I think the revival will be more fun in the park then the fujas by far. A patroller at my hill had a pair for the last couple months of the season and he loved his. If you are a decent skier i am sure you will be fine skiing pow unless it is nipple deep blower. In which case, you shouldnt be complaining about your skis.Good luck homie!

The Revival is still 90 underfoot with small amounts of rocker. It is by no means going to lack that much outside the park. And the Fujas might be a little much for everyday park riding. If you are a strong skier the Revival should be all that you need. Especially if you have spent more of your time on traditional park skis in the past. It will be an easier transition and let you do more of what you want in the park.

If he's doing 40% all mountain, he's going to want an all-mountain ski. Which is why I recommended the Jeronimo, it will excel in the park and the rest of the mountain very well. The Kung Fujas is a little bit more pow oriented but it still sounds like fun in the park. It also depends on what you do in the park. Do you do more jumps or rails?

haha, yeah, I'd say I'm an advanced level 3+ skier
Thanks guys, that actually helps a ton+K
Would you guys recommend any other skies over the revivals?

I do more rails.prob 60% rails 40% jumps
And yeah, I def ski more park then anything else, but I'll always take pow over park if that makes sense

I respectfully disagree. If I was in the park for 60% of the day I would much rather have a longer, more everday park ski such as the Revivals, Alpha 1-2, Walls, Blue Steeles ect. There are hybrids like the Jeronimo, but he didn't ask about them so I wont suggest them. And a 3+ skier can easily handle a park ski anywhere around the mountain while not wasting his money on a more expensive all mountain ski. He should cater to what he does most which is park.

The Kung Fujas is an all-mountain ski. That means he's also looking at all-mountain skis. So I suggested an all-mountain ski. All-mountain skis cater to everything he does, 100% of the time.

Well then there ya go. If they are really that good then go for it. I wont really recommend a ski that I haven't ridden before, and due to ON3Ps frustrating lack of demos I couldn't really say anything about them.

the fujas isnt that wide, 102 isnt bad for a park ski at all, i guess it depends on what type of park skier you are and what kinda ski you want for park, i like rail's, and ive been using my ep pro's in park alot and i find i can still be pretty technical on them, i was doing 450's last year without much effort. actually i like the added weight for some things. it makes everything more floaty.. im probably gonna get the fujas for my all park ski next year, it just seems like the perfect width and amount of rocker for a park ski.

ON3P jeronimo is a perfect fit for what you want. moderate flex soft enough to butter but strong enough to handle huge jumps or large cliffs. the rocker is perfect for park. smaller than the kung fujas (2011 model) but more than the revival. and it floats in pow just fine for being 98 underfoot. i'd say go with the jeronimo over your previous picks, but if you were to choose between your original choices i'd say revivals since you ski more park.

Ya but he says he skis more park then pow. I wouldn't really say the kung fujas is a park ski. And since he does more rails then jumps the revival will be a lot more fun for him. I would take the revival over the kung fujas any day. The revival will be more fun then the fujas hands down.

to all, 10/10K and Thanks
Its helped a ton.Im leaning away from the Kung Fujas a little now, but was wondering if you guys would choose Jeronimo's over revials
Thanks

id stick with the revivals if i could afford skis right now i would get the revivals for sure they are so nice and its K2 such an easy company to deal with you can get a new pair real easy if something happens but they seemed pretty bulletproof to me. I used the revivals at hood and i progressed so so much they were sick

I am a k2 junkie and I love their skis and they have never lead me astray, but they are not made in the States and don't use the materials ON3P uses. I can say the Revival is a great ski and good for you and probably the Jeronimo as well. If it were me I would choose the Revival because I have not had the ability to demo an ON3P ski and I cant make that type of financial commitment without testing it out first.

why would you say the revival would be more fun? not really disagreeing just wonderin. the fujas is wider plus has more rocker so judging by that id think it would be more fun..

Get the OG Kung Fujas (non-rockered) in a length around head-height or a little longer.

get 2011 blends or jeronimos. they'll be just like the kung fujas but a bit lighter. or just get pow skis and ski them in park. that's my plan haha

Get last years line Elizabeth. It's a park ski that is 100+ (sorry I dont remember) that will definitely be able to handle pow
