2011/2012 Gear

I thought that volkl made explosiv's on and off for like 10 years including a couple years when they took a break, but then they came back... With the sickest wizard graphic ever

and line also brought back the mothership
but it looks like it says "IND" or "MIND", so im gonna go ahead and assume they wouldn't write "mastermind" on the invaders. plus nobody really complained when the invaders were gone.

Since there is now a picture of my computer on here, how about a nice, censored teaser too :)

On a global scale, we don't make enough of them to warrant their production- it's mainly a ski for the US market. It's true you see a lot in certain pockets, but overall it's a small number. But, even though the bean counters hate us for it, we will continue to make the ski because it's a design that is completely embraced by the community.

Unfortunately, every company measure it differently (just like ski length). We measure it as accurately as possible based on mold mass (the measurement of the inside of the plastic where your foot is) on a 26.5 shell. As the size goes up, width increases by 2mm. As the size goes down, it decreases by 2mm. Every liner is then lasted to that specific shell.

wow, i cant believe this. I LOVE my bentchetlers with a boarder lining gay passion. They have everything i want (excluding some bigger edges, but im sure thats for keeping the ski light). Im thinking about jibbing a little on rails with them still because they are just that fun. thanks for making them and give me a heads up if you think atomic will take them out of production because ill be sure to pick up an extra pair

Don't worry, they are not going anywhere. Our ski director won't let it happen. It's just one of those things that breaks the main rule of production but if we canceled it, we would go full retard.

I kinda wish they had bigger edges too. Its the only reason they won't be my daily ski.

same here pretty much. i mean in all honestly i ski in PA so i cant justify it but they are just so much fun even cruising groomers and on jumps, spin easy, and are just fine on rails (on the few i rode)

they always look the same to me too, there isnt much you can do with a goggle strap to begin with though. not to mention you hardly notice the straps

There should be a contest to see what model will end up in the greatest quantities on Tramdock. And a concurrent contest to see how many NS'ers will try and sell them for double what they bought them for on TD.
