I'm up between a koscielny and podolski jersey.

I've had terrible luck the last few years with jerseys. Had nasri, vermaelen, and wilshere....nasri broke his leg the next day, and the other 2 missed entire seasons.

oh well.

Contrary to the hype, man utd vs man city was pretty boring. Funny to see fergie all up in arms though.
 
Newcastle flat out need to take 4 points from the next two games if they want any chance at the CL.

...against Man City and Chelsea? fuck.. haha

Looking for a nufc-cfc draw, and a bolton win today.

The plus side of a newcastle win however is that it would effectively kill their hopes of a top 4 finish.

Using the BBC sport EPL predictor i got a final table of:

1. Man City 89pts (win on GD)

2. Man Utd 89pts

3. Arsenal 72pts

4. Tottenham 68pts

5. Newcastle 66pts

6. Chelsea 65pts

If there was ever going to be a team that gets robbed of their hard fought Champions league spot, it would be tottenham. Even as an arsenal fan, i have to admit...the scum have shit luck.

Actually, Spuds will nick 4th with the run ins. Tonight was their night to choke but they smashed Bolton.

We totally outplayed Chelsea in First half and second until Tiote went off... then it was backs to the wall.... but then out of nowhere, Cisse does that!!

Even Drogba went up to Pardew and asked how did he do that?!

Most insane goal i've ever seen... goal of the season easily... fuck Crouch....

Oh and Chelsea winning the Champions league? against Bayern at home, without a midfield.... good luck with that.... haha

fifth place just about guaranteed! Means we don't have to go through the 3rd qualifying round, we go straight to the playoff round of Europa...

Tottenham smashes Bolton in Return, so Villa and/or Fulham will have to draw/beat them in the remaining matches and Newcastle will need to probably win out to finish in 4th.. but this kinda monkey business is amazing.

This win just shows yet again, that the Toon aren't fucking around! Dream season!

Don't see why you care, finishing 5th you won't have any stake in it. Enjoy your victory though, 2 freak goals against the run of play against a club who's had their worst season in recent memory and fielded their reserve side.

I'd take a draw... if by some miracle we win, 3rd beckons... and nobody can argue we wouldn't of deserved to be there...
 
My god could this be fucking insanity if somehow we get a 2nd half goal and hold out.

But again. A draw would be more than enough for me at this point to keep faith.

No it won't be because I'm sure they won't play the terrible soccer they played against Barcelona. They're going to be in Munich, against Bayern Munich, and they're probably going to try to play the way they normally play, not with 10 defenders. While they're trying to play real soccer, Bayern will beat them, because they are the better team in their home city.
 
I don't know what to say right now, just in disbelief. As a huge Man Utd fan I can't really let this down at all, but on the other side I feel ok. Man City hasn't won in 40+ years and that was one hell of a finish! Bravo!
