Word on the street is the 2010 bacon will be rockered is this true? If so I'm gonna wait til next year to buy them.
 
I'm not sure if they're gonna be rockered, and if they are they should definitley make it a longer length. But I can tell you the graphics are pretty sick.
 
you do know that the ep pro IS the longer length? and the Elizabeth is the shorter length right? and i dont think line would make a rocker ski with their early rise/taper but who knows. is the prophet 130 rockers or regular camber or no camber? or does it have early rise/taper too?
 
the ep pro is an entirely different ski.

the elizabeth IS shorter.

as far as i could tell the 130 is a normal sidecut/camber ski

but man, i saw ep pros in person for the first time the other day... holy shit they are soft... like. noodley soft.
 
i highly recomend no one talks about this. i got a pm from line telling me to remove some info about them in a post a few weeks ago.
 
why would they care? its all just speculation. what about those pics of pollard like 3 years ago when he had those like 140mm elizabeths
 
The prophet 130 is a normal camber ski with both early rise in the tip and tail as well as early taper. The early rise is minimal, after seeing skis like the EP Pro and Hellbent it does not look like much.
 
yeah just don't talk about this, you'll know soon enough but line doesn't want you to know about the 2010 bacon yet, get 09's, they're such sick skis
 
Gah!! But it would be so nice to know, I'm borderline on whether or not the SFB is the right ski for me, if it has rocker I'd buy it 100%, so I'm curious about next years because a legit source told me it's gonna be rockered.
 
id say rocker the bacon, make an 182 and a 190 option.
stiffen up the lizzie a tiny bit for more versatility and add a 182 lengeth.

also just drop this issue, buy some 09 bacons, they're the sickest skis ever and they're more durable than 07 and 08 and just wait and see what happens in 2010
 
Technically you speak of the 2009 Bacons. This is what is going to be released at this upcoming Vegas SIA show in 2009. They start selling in 09, they are 09 product.
 
another plausible explanation for this is that he just had the bacon topsheet on the ep pro chassis. i know that sort of thing is relatively common and easy to do (a friend of mine has the bacons with the 08-09 blend topsheet).
 
yeah. line wants him to promote all his skis, hence bacons with lizzie topsheets, ep pros with bacon topsheets, etc
