if there good enough for simon i would say that they are pretty good

As far as price goes, 09 dumonts started out for $600 bucks at the begining of this year so keep in mind that these are 2010 dumonts not out yet. Lowest ill go at this point is $700 or $650 around there but highest bid will still get them anyways
 
haha last years dumonts suck...pm Powforbreakfast. he will give you the whole story on why they suck.

his bases started bubbling his edges cracked without abusing the ski and the topsheets are extremly chippy
 
Thats y u dont buy last years cause they werent the best, but skis improve smart one i road them i think i would know.
 
To all those people saying they don't like the old ones, i demoed these new ones and they were easily one of my favorites at the demo. They were super light and poppy, way solid doing everything in the park, and just all around fun to be on. Obviously I can't say too much the durablity of the new ones since i used them for a day but they have the same abs sidewalls and edge armour as something like the suspects so they are going to be as durable as anything salomon has and probably anyone has.
 
Stuff like this probably was just the ski being completely messed even before it hit the snow, like just one bad ski in the bunch. It doesn't mean that all dumonts and all salomons are going to be the same.
 
my friend has a pair of suspects and the same thing is happening to him. but i am curious, how did you get these skis?
 
O ya and do u think simon dumont would ride shit skis....go ride them, then talk shit, o wait u cant til next year hahahahahaha
 
hes a pipe skier dumbass, and there are alot of problems with his skis...the material used in the dumonts is absolute shit. weak edges, the topsheets are chippy as fuck
 
Last time i checked you didnt build these ski's with your own hands which means that you dont know how the edges are on these pair of skis. I currently work at a ski shop where i test rode them and spoke with the rep and the diffence in these ski's compared to last years are completly different. Just becasue you cant afford these beautiful ski's doesnt mean you can sit here and make up non sense about them.... take your lack of information else where..... thanks
 
my friend tyler owns a ski company...he got this years dumonts...he knows what edges are on them...he was dissapionted about how poor quality they are...and for your info why the fuck would i want to pay 750 for a pair of mediocre skis when i have 2 pairs of lines?
 
Alright obvious no one wants to pay that much money so how bout if ur interested just give me an amount that you would be willing to pay for them and we can go from there. Just keep in mind that next year when they come out they will be around $600 so i am not going to sell them for really cheap like $200 or $300.
 
why would he sell them for less than that there not on the market yet there brand new and hes broke so he needs the money for new ones cuz there shit
 
no one will buy these for 750 sense they will explode after 2 weeks, i wouldnt even pay 100 for these

so someone tell me the best ski in 09 cuz i cant find one i like and you guies all make them sound like shit sticks. so someone list top ten. sorry to go off topic but it looks like no one wants to buy your skis.

im pretty sure that solomon would fix up the skis if they were shit this year and make the 10s better
 
true but if the kids who bought them dont like them and dont buy them again there gonna have to fix them up idk why they messed with them the 08-09s were such good skis my friend had them and i rode them i loved them
 
well who would buy this you would have to be stupid or loaded with$$$ and wont care if they break, but the first thing i look for in a ski is what problems they have. and there is no way anyyone can tell about the 10's because there is no review on them. they could be great for all we know they could be #1. but no one has had them long enough to see if they have problems. so it would be stupid to waist 600$ on skis that may break in a couple of weeks if you ride em hard. let someone else be a sucker and find out the hard way for the rest of us. personally i dont think they will be any better than the 09's they probly just changed the topsheet.
