Gear noob. Riding 175 Faction 3.zeros. Advanced skier riding pow and cliffs and getting into more park. 5'6-5'7 at 145lbs. What should I get? Im a poor student so I gravitate to the Freeski2s but I like the FKS. Whatchew thinkan son!?

Personally I believe that there is no better binding than the FKS or the Look Pivot... I did ride the Look Axial/Rossi Freeski2 during their hiatus of making the pivot binding and they were still better than anything else out there, but the weight of the FKS/Pivot is awesome. The Axial/Freeski2 have some weight in the heel pieces. If you can swing it...definitely go with the FKS/Pivot, but if not the Freeski2 will treat you well.

The axial2 heel piece is one of the most elastic heelpieces on the market. I have a pair of the 140ti's for the past three years and are yet to have a prerelease, and I weight 200lbs. Of course the fks is super bomber, but if money is an issue as it is for most of us, the freeski2 won't disappoint
