It's just because you are looking down on them. If you look at the front/side it looks normal. It just has a large round area that goes over your nose. It's hard to tell them apart from C-bars when they are on.

what, so if people have a crowbar lens its not compatable with the new crowbars, so they have to buy a new lens if they want a different lens.

it takes quite a bit of pressure off of your nose when you wear them lower on your face. Thats why it looks wierd because it disperses pressure.
