Stoked

went up for the afternoon and i gotta say that i liked the 6 inches of new snow but fuck is it slow. everything underneith mystery was ice covered in snow but brockton was ok.

Fuck my knee, seriously. First day I'd finally be able to get out with good snow/good weather, and I can't because I tweaked it last weekend.

My coworker said on Friday he had one of the best 4 runs of his life up on 1st peak... I missed out too haha

a lot of it has melted away already, from what I have seen, but today it was snowing all the way down to the golf course entrance at seymour. it stopped at parkgate level.
today=mystery closed and I was too sick to hike up to brockton... but lodge trees are epic right now and we made moguls again on cabin trail. it is probably wonderful at brockton. there is SO much snow on lodge.

by the way, a bunch of skis were stolen on sunday including one of my coworkers' (her only pair--green and gold/yellow nordica carvers) and one of the progression team kids'... so lock up your skis. it's kind of hard to believe this would happen at seymour.

I left my gloves on the back of the couch for like an hour and they were still there when I got back. good luck finding them

Went up last night they rebuilt the mini park on rope tow and its super sick. They made the hip bigger and theres a shotgun rail on the top left and a down box on the right then theres a really cool flat box set up that you can hit from all kinds of angles then theres 2 jumps and a flat rail drop flat rail where the flat down box was.

The Nike park was the same though except there building a jump through the trees where the Vermont rail is and i didn't make it up mystery but im pretty sure it got a rebuild to.

March 14th- Monster park is so sick, its like a bunch of BC booters & a 15 passenger van for jibbing and such...the snow was sticky b/c of warm weather so I rode park, there was no one there so it was pretty hard to embarrass myself. Also, my friend took this pic of me on the cliffs right straight off mystery.

The light was shit when I was there but looked fun. The big hip thing, could take it maybe 40ft? And then huge step up, make it or break it.... then the van jib, was mellow, the only i actually hit with the light but fun.

so sick man!

only thing im really gonna miss about ski season are days like those.

hiking out with a buddy and looking for shit to jump off of is the best

Seymour is quite prime at the moment, you can lap mystery and hit super creative park features the whole way down like the gnar step-up, van jib, wallrides, hips and jumps with long natural landings. Or, go over to Lodge chair and hit up the nike 6.0 park with tons of gnarly rails and a triple jump line. Said jump line consists of 20ft step-down, 40ft step-over with even height jump/landing and then a 35ft step-over with a slightly taller landing than jump. Seymour is doing an awsome job with all of their 5 parks and we got tons of laps in this week while skiing straight onto the chair almost every time.

Also if you could vote for my Combi edit Ryan posted above that would be superb, thanks.

Seymour is so prime right now, the jump line in lodge park is amazing, the rails in Lodge are also fun. Mystery is also park from pretty much top to bottom with the addition of Monster park. For sure beats Grouse park at the moment.

Everything at seymour is amazing right now.

Will be there the next 2 days. Come say hi! I'll be in the vintage corduroy suit.
