Fantastic game tonight. That 4th quarter is what I expect from Bulls basketball. And I'm starting to really wonder if Taj Gibson should be starting over Boozer.
 
Jeff Teague stepping up again. If Joe Johnson and Jamal Crawford woulda played as well as him and josh smith hawks woulda won. Just stoked to see my dude Teague stepping up.
 
I'll give it to the Heat. They out-played the Celts. I just wish the refs could call a fair game, especially in such a big game like this. Not complaining, but Lebron James and D-Wade do not have to follow the fundamental rules of basketball. Lebron travels 90% of the time he touches the ball, but Pierce and Davis get called for two very questionable walks. This is the start of one hell of a rivalry in the East. Can't wait til next year.
 
dirk deserves a ring thats all ive got to say he has absolutely no regard for human life hes an amazing player and hes not even in his prime anymore but honestly i really want the bulls to win too derrick rose is unbelivably good
 
i want mavericks. Some of those shots that nowitzki takes are fucking insane. 1 footed, off balance, being defended by 2 other people, 1 handed of his fucking pinky

and it goes right in EVERY TIME

OKC is in fucking trouble. Dirk is playing at a championship caliber level and i'll be damned if OKC can stop him. they just don't have a player that matches up to him in ability. 7 footer that's a pure shooter? so fucking gifted. The only way OKC can pull this off is if Westbrook gets the ball out of his hands. He's not getting to the rim nearly enough, so he's forcing shots that he can't make. if he can get to the rim and score 20 a game, OKC has a chance. Durant needs to continue playing the way he is.
 
i don't know man, i hate to say it but the Heat are definitely up there. As whiny, dirty, bitchy, and asshole-ish they are, they're playing pretty well. it just goes to show that you truly can buy your way into success.

Dirk is certainly the best player left, though. he's so fucking gifted for such a big guy, it's unbelievable. if terry continues to play at a high level, the mavs will be unstoppable.

OKC's the realist team out there. They have been my team for the last 3 years since they moved from seattle. I dont know how so many people are bashing them, they are one of the most fun teams to watch, there stadium is like a college stadium, not to mention the majority of their team is under 23. From westbroook, to durant, to my boy harden, nick, to sefaloshia, to ibaka, everyone on the team seems like a real dude.

Its gona be a tough 3 next game being down 3-1 but it isnt out of reach. ^yea westbrook does some stupid ass shit,and durant make some shitty decision once in a while but that is their youth showing. IF they can manage to hold this team together maybe get ride of K perkins and get a good big man for down low, they could possibly be one of the BEST nba teams EVER within the next 5 year. I know thats a bold statement but it is very possible.
 
i couldn't remember anyone's names hahaha that's how much i care about the west. Kidd is an absolutely disgusting defender when he gets Durant on the perimeter. Durant isn't going to beat him to the hoop, but he has Kidd's number on those low-post turn around J's. I don't understand why they wouldn't keep sending Durant to the low post. Get him in a rhythm, he needs it considering he's shooting something like 35% FG. I don't see OKC pulling out a win unless Durant goes for 35+ and Westbrook has 25+. They really just don't have the fire-power to outshoot Dirk and the Mavs perimeter game.
 
The way I see it:

OKC: Probably the most exciting team to watch and the team I want to win it. Unfortunately they've got themselves in a real tight corner against the Mavs and the only way I see them getting out of it is by (relatively) containing Dirk, Harden has gotta stay in the game and kill it on the offense, KD has to continue to play big and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD russell fagbrook needs to smarten up and pass the rock to someone who can shoot because he's killing the team missing shots he shouldnt be taking

Dallas: Not sure why but I cant stand the Mavs. However they are in a great position to win this series and Dirk is playing ridiculous. The one thing with the Mavs is that while they have a talented team they really rely on Dirk to do everything which is frustrating (for a non mavs fan) since all they need to do is give the fucker the damn ball and he either puts a shot in or draws a foul. Sure the Jet, JKidd, JJ, Marion, Chandler and the rest of the team are playing well but Dirk is gonna decide this team's fate.

Miami: As someone who has a hipster attitude towards bandwagon teams it pains me to say I'm liking the Heat right now. Yes its easy to hate Lebron, Wade and Bosh and their cocky dream team shit but they've come together really well as a team and play some pretty entertaining ball. The big three have come up huge in the playoffs and, as an ESPN blogger put it, the Heat are doing the hardest thing in sports: living up to the hype. Maybe it just that I've been a fan of Bibby for a long time but I wouldn't mind seeing the Heat win.

Bulls: In the most hetro way possible I gotta express how much I love D-Rose. The dude is nice. Extremely talented but still a team player, superstar but humble, hits highlight shots but shares the rock and makes plays. And his supporting cast of Boozer & Noah and the breakout performance of Asik has been really effective in locking teams down on D and letting mostly Rose and Deng do all the scoring. The problem with the Bulls seems to be when they run into a team like Miami who have been playing some real solid defence against them they have a really hard time putting points up. Noah has not played well lately, Korver aka Tom Cruise has been horrendous from the three point line, Boozer has been streaky as fuck and so all the pressure has been put on the shoulders of D-Rose and the Bulls bench. In order for them to win I think they need big things from Boozer & Noah and some other guys to really step up and get their stoke on otherwise they'll be doneskis.

I'm also pretty interested to see how the winner of the shootout in the West and the winner of the largely defensive series in the East match up in the Finals
 
The mavs/OKC matchup has definatly been the most entertaining to watch so far. I'm pullin for the mavs because they're on fire with dirk making rediculous shots. fagbrook is a fukcing faggot and a dumbass, just seems like a cocky dude, so i don't like OKC. That and they barely won against the nuggets because of durant. he just gets the ball and scores, no team involved.

Also, fuck the heat. dwade is a douche
 
i didn't watch the game but it must've been a damn good one. dirk and marion with 26 each. Durant with 23 and Westbrook with 31. Mavs bench had 36, that's fucking solid. OKC bench with 40? shit. like i said, if Durant has 35+ they would have comfortably won this game.
 
LeBron is still a whiny princess. Heres to hoping Dirk scores 60 a night against em. Though chances are they wont since it appears the NBA has already decided who they want to win the title.

simply put you would never see MJ, kobe, bird, shaq, russell or magic pull shit like this lebron consistently pulls...its unfortunate but he is a colossal waste of incredible talent

the game has changed so much too, the refs protect him, ive seen him take 4 steps and no call, he walks all the time and never gets called for it.

absolutely the game has completely changed and fits his style perfectly..i cant stand his 'crab walk' that he gets away with all the time, its always 3 1/2 or 4 steps he practically tucks the ball under his arm and looks like a goddamn fullback
theres no way he could ever play in the league against lambeer, rodman, barkley, (old school) shaq, and malone...those dudes were tough and shit and wouldnt budge an inch without putting you on your ass

Not only do I hope the heat lose because I hate them as a team (except d wade most of the time...) I want to see the mavs win so dirk can finally start getting some well deserved respect around the league, he seems to get lost in the talk when people talk about the games greats because he hasnt won a ring yet
he's like the dan marino of the nba, get him a got damn trophy please mavs
 
Lebron hasn't won a ring yet either... And hes getting talked about everyday but thats because hes the best player in the league. And heat are about to sweep finals
 
you see, i was the same way until i went to the home opener against the celtics in the second round of the playoffs. he played so chippy, dirty, and just downright outrageous. on the play where Rondo practically broke his fucking arm, which was right in front of me, Wade BLATANTLY pulled Rondo down in a way that Rondo couldn't brace for the fall. Fuck that, I will never again respect D-Wade.
 
Man I really hope the Mavs win. Being a LA fan, I've always disliked the Mavs as another good team in the west, but really Dirk Nowitzki and Mark Cuban are always so hard working and deserve that championship. They were seriously robbed in 2006 as Wade jus walked in the lane, threw up some garbage and got to the freethrow line.Fuck Miami.
