Sonics had one of my all time faves I love the green and gold together now OKC has (like you said) boring royal blue and then outline that looks like peach and orange baby puke

 
He used to torment my Kings... but he was such a fucking incredible player... and as much shit he talked? the thing is, man could back it up HARD. Not many people could do that...
He went to the same high school as my dad in Oakland, CA. Gotta respect a kid from the Town going out and wrecking shit hard.
 
i know.. ..... every one in Portland is freaking out. the owner is not going to move them any time soon.
but with more teams moving away from us. our schedule's gets harder and harder. Up in Portland we are on a fucking island... we had the most back to backs this year. and many shafts that David Stern has fisted Sac with.. Portland has got as many if not more.
the main worry for blazer fan is this rumor that if a lock out happens that the whole league will be assessed and cuts will be made. Ae. teams could be dissolved from the league. and thats were the blazers could be in trouble. our team is profitable and our arena is up to the standards of the NBA.
but for being on an island. and our nearest team is 426 miles away.... it makes hard for other teams to play. we are becoming a thorn in the league. i hope that my blazers can last the time. a little known fact. it was almost Portland who got bought and moved to okc.

the knicks do not know how to win..they might be a good team with a superstar and a half but theres a difference between playing to win and playing to not lose
why wouldnt they foul delonte in the back court with 4 seconds left?? they were only down by one point! Idiots...
 
but theyre part of our team...how would playing without them make it fair? lol
Melo might be a great player, but he doesn't make the players around him any better (like rondo) and he doesnt have the killer instinct to throw his team on his back in the 4th (like kobe) he's stuck in a weird in-between and he'll never be one of the games elite players if he can't put himself into one of those positions
 
But he does have another great player on the team in Amare - he should have gone to amare late in the 4th in the first game because amare was absolutely raping the celtics and couldnt be stopped...but instead amare didnt get any touches in the last 5 minutes (or so) and melo ends up taking a very ill advised 3 pt shot to lose the game
he didnt make his other teammates better by acknowledging that amare was hot and would have most likely scored and he didnt have the killer instinct to drive to the hoop (celts were in the bonus) instead he opted for a half ass fade away 3
that 4th quarter was a microcosm for me of why melo will be a good player, but will never be brought up in conversation as one of the greats
and NO ONE besides maybe mark cuban is a more obnoxious fan than spike lee...i hate that little man

ya, how many threes were left wide open. christ this is the NBA, not high-school basketball, an open 3 is almost guaranteed to go in especially from Allen/Pierce, you gotta trap&contest those.

Ray Allen was wide open in the corner more often than I don't know what.

You leave him open consistently he's gonna heat up real easy and start banging he threes and he did.

It looked like the Celts were running practice plays on us last night. They completely broke us down.

i am a diehard hawks fan. anyone else here like the hawks? i really hope they can start playing more as a team/passing the ball and get rid of all the iso plays. I think they can go pretty far if they do that.

also, jamal crawford's shot last nigth... WTF? soooooo lucky

Haters gonna hate.. B Roy stepped the fuck up. 18 points in the 4th qtrblazers were down as much as 23 points. and clawed their way to an amazing win84-82 over the Dallas Mav'si was at this game.. my ears are ringing my voice gone. i cannot describe the feeling
the series is 2-2... now a best of three game. with the blazers riding high. game 5 on monday!!!!
 
the mavs were up b 23 near the end of the third when. LA and Broy had buckets cutting the lead down to 18 at the start of the third.. in the 3rd the blazers shot a 16% fg where in the 4th they shot 75%it was 40-15 run on the blazers part.
