2010/2011 k2 line is up!

Same, can't decide between the domains and the surface no time. Both look sick, I might go with the No Time's if there as good as the Nine Lives were (minus durability issues of course). Anyone got any info on the domains?

just a quick question about the rant helmet...

Last year i had a smith maze. I loved it, however, it looked retarded on me when i took off the earpads. It looked like it sat wayyy on top of my head. it just looked stupid. Does anyone know if the rant will visibly sit lower, or any other helmet will? thanks a ton!

They're wicked fun too. Heavy bastards though, especially if you load them up with Dukes.
They ski very very much like the old ones, they're just a little burlier, more bulldozerish. Handle chop/half tracked snow a bit better. Good for skiing through small trees and the such, haha.
I got a couple of laps on the new Fujas the other day (mounted at +2, wtf?) They're good fun, plenty of pop, but much softer than the old ones in the tip and tail. Where the old ones were springy and buttery these are getting closer to the 'bents in the way they flex.
Yet to ski the Domain, for some reason the local demo guy won't run any, reckons they'll just get smashed up on rails.
I haven't tried the new Obsethed yet but it seems like a stiffer version of the old Hellbent for all intents and purposes. Surprisingly poppy and my mate who took the 179's out for a bit reckoned they go through crud like it's not there.

As it should, the Domain is BALLER. The camber is absolutely zero, it's amazing. But, even though the camber is zero, it still has tons of pop. The jib rocker makes butters and presses easy and super fun, it also makes it harder to catch on rails, so surface swaps and whatnot are awesome. Such a super fun ski that I'm so stoked to ride on this season, gonna be KILLER.

And Flashkick does it again, being the most helpful person in Gear Talk. So sick to hear that the Domain is good. Now my only problem is deciding between the Domain and Surface No Time. Just from your opinion what do you think would be the better ski to go with, I work hard for the cash I have so I want to get the absolute best ski possible with it. (I only ski park)

Hmmm, that's a tough choice. The nine lives I had were sick last year until they snapped in half. Now, I hearing that the No Time is the same sick, but more durable, which, if true, would be sick. I'd say the edge in the park is going to go to the Domain in the park because it's symmetrical and has rocker in the tip and tail, while the No Time isn't symmetrical and only has nose early rise, but it's gonna be lighter for sure. It's a tough one, I guess you just have to go with which one you're feeling more, so I'd wait till the new Surface site drops so you can compare better and see what you're feeling more.

Sounds sick, I'll wait for the site to drop then figure out what ski I'm feeling more and go with it, I'll have to see which one I can get a better deal on even though I'm leaning towards the Domain now that I know that its good. Good advice, thanks a ton. Sounds like I could go either way and have a great ski.

Mmm I'm trying to talk my local shop into mounting up a set of Domains for a demo... not really succeeding though, haha.
I skied the new Nordica Ace of Spades Ti Pro last weekend, freakin' sick ski. Titanium layers in it make it poppy and energetic and DAMN does it hold an edge. Only problem is it has a race base (fast but soft) and they cost so much that I don't think I'd have the heart to hit a rail on them and if I clipped a rock I would be crying like a 5 year old. Not very forgiving if you sketch a landing either but overall an awesome set of planks.
