a warmer winter for us will means i can keep your moms outside again and not feel guilty + if we have a slightly lower snow total, that will mean a little less than 566+ inches.

This guy is legit. He was way more accurate that the NWS last winter when it came to snow storms and snowfall amounts. He predicts the East to have an average scale (and the Midwest to be above average! Score!) But like he says, there's no way to accurately predict weather on a seasonal scale, so it's all pretty much speculation.

It is much more genreal what they are predicting and i think this guy is wrong. I saw snow one night and i live an hour from new york city north. And I see some signs that people say mean strong winters. My cat is getting chunky earlier and is heavier now than last year. she is over 10 pounds which is a record. Something with the bee's are doing something with honey early mean's harder winter. And The birds left New York in September as apose to November. I see a strong winter for my area. Which means 3 feet at my house and 200+ at my resort
