So how's your school's team look this year?

Michigan Tech will, unfortunately, probably be towards the bottom half of the WCHA again this year. With a 5-2 loss to NMU and a 3-1 loss to Toronto already and a save percentage under 50%, Rob Nolan is not looking like the goalie I saw against Michigan and Michigan State last year at the GLI. He really needs to pull it together if Tech wants to have any shot at the Final Five or NCAA's this year.

Tech plays against CC this weekend... should be a tough one, even though we were only team to put more than 4 goals past Bachman last year. I'd still say Tech is lucky to come away with a point. A split would be awesome though.

Also, does anyone else post on USCHO?

University of Denver beat Notre Dame saturday 5-2 and 3 of the goals were from freshman, so this year looks promising.

im going for the legacy, UNION

they are always underated and getting better each year. 9 new recruits. if everything goes accordingly, Ill be there next year.

i also got tickets to the frozen four this year in DC

(*excuse me for the multiple claims in there*)

Sure, as always they'll have a lot of talent. But I don't think they have enough in the WCHA to even get home ice. It's such a tough league, every point is going to matter again this year.

And to the Providence fan: Go Friars! I cheered for you guys at the GLI last year.

im not sure about guys but the girls team at my school is ranked 8th in the preseason polls nationally so thats pretty good. I'm friends with a few girls on the team too

The Gophers came through this weekend with a sweep of SCSU. I was expecting a split there, SCSU should be decent this year.

Tech got swept by CC. Not too surprising, but Tech was definitely in both games against a team that, according to everyone else, should be blowing us out of the water.

Denver swept. I also expected a split there, but Denver is definitely the better of the two teams, so a sweep isn't all too surprising.

UND and Mankato split. All I have to say is that I really wanted to see the Souix get swept two weekends in a row.

My boys at UofM are gonna drop out of the #1 spot this week because of that loss this weekend. But Ive still got my money on them, they've got to many big goal scorers to not win consistently. But if they don't I would say BC or back to back titles by MSU.

University of Minnesota Golden Gophers will win it all this year!!!!!!!!

Did ne one see Aaron Ness and Jordan Schroeder this weekend against SCSU? They're fricken amazing!

UMD's looking great so far this year, a lot more energy and a lot less shittiness, but I'm not sure if they can win the WCHA, it's going to be a tough conference this year.

Denver all the way baby. Kyle Ostrow was a number one pick in the draft and that kid is sick. We've scored more than 5 goals in every one of our games so far, and we just swept Wisconsin at home this weekend. What that smell like.

ya, who ever said UW was gona kill it, they did something wrong, their team sucks now...DU's gona rock this year

well my northeastern team just beat number one ranked BC at home in a sold out arena and it was the greatest night of my life 4-3 bitches

UNH is dirty. Ive been to all their games this year. 3-0 so far. beating wisconsin who was top 10 and BU who were #5. plus we have vanRiemsdyke, first overall nhl draft pick came back for a second year, sick
