2007 Fugatives

i just got the brand new fugatives and they were $300 new, does anyone know why their so cheap, all the other 2007 stuff was close to 450-500
 
its not a lack in quality let me tell ya. Its just well priced b/c they have to be competitive with other companies.
 
plus they usually pre-release the next years fugatives this season...so you just bought this years last years fugatives...but they still call them the 2007...now the 07-08 fugatives will come out around feb,
 
dude k2 just knows how kids think and knows we don't need a 800 dollar ski to have fun and a 300 dollar one as good as teh fugative ah it is nice to see a good deal in skiing cuz there few and far between. its become crazy actually makes me mad
 
yeah it really pisses me off when i go to buy boots and they are 800 bucks, like i have close to a grand to drop on fucking boots god damn. i already bought my skis my bindings and all my outerwear, my seasons pass, and im only sixteen. most kids get all that shit handed to them and a condo overlooking the quad at their local hill
 
yup

peps pretty much underrated on how much he has helped the freeskiing scene in terms of afordability. because of his pro models price and availability, many companys were forced to lower there prices. this is great for the consumer, not so much for the corprate skiing world, hense companys moving to china to get cheaper. so you have to pick on or the other.
 
agreed, and most of the skiers i know have to pay for all of there shit. and to who ever said 800 on boots, you can get most of last years boots for around 300 if you look in the right places. and im one of those people who likes to have that years skis, but i still get last years boots.
 
yeah well i went to two local shops the other day and couldnt find a boot any lower than 550. but where i come from its very rare to see someone who buys all their gear, if your a teenager
 
Seriously? If I were you I would leave that store and never return. Even the best boots are only between 500-600, Like the new Diabelos, and the lange comps. What type of boots are they selling for over 550?
