2006 World Series

About damn time too. I've been waiting my whole life (18 years) for them to even make it into the playoffs, they sure as hell better make up for it by winning the WS.
 
Reyes pitched an amazing game today. Though I feel Rogers will dominate tomorrow and Detroit will kill em'. I don't see this as being as one-sided as people thought it might be. Cards are hot now, I think it will go 6, if not 7 games, but I'm still calling Tigers.
 
yeah....as much as i hate the tigers, i gotta root for em. we gotta keep it in the AL, and the AL central is even better.

game one was bad, but it sure aint over, i remember a couple weeks ago we lost a game one to the "favorite" to win it all, oh who was that , oh yeah the yankees. i didnt see the tigers sweeping them and maybe they just want to make sure it goes 6 games so they win it all at home!
 
I almost one my friend around 500 bucks on that first game. i told him to bet on the cards winning by 6 in the first game. he told me he was gonna put 20 bucks down on the tigers winning the game. if he listened to me and the cards held the tigers off for one more run. BAM just shy of 500 bucks for my friend. I want the cards to win. GO NL.
 
any team that goes from tieing the record for most losses in a single season to the world series the next deserves to win..unless it was the yanks they never deserve to win

^ haha too bad your pitchers cant throw it 45 feet to first or third base. 3-1 now bitch i just just cant wait to watch pujols raise that championship over his head like he diserves.
 
i like st louis, but i didnt get to see any of the world series or playoffs, even cause im in costa rica and that shit isnt televised. I didnt even hear any results until today. isnt that fucked up?
