2002 to 2022 20 years of Newschoolers

Shit, I tried to find my old account from ‘02 too but I completely forgot whatever backpack hip-hop tracks were my entire personality for like a month when I was 17 and made the username.

I found my old account from 2002 lol. Bonscottsbio5. I was a fan of acdc. I used to upload videos unfortunately they no longer exists. I had some cool backyard rail stuff and a steezy cork 5. I only posted 1 thing to a forum thread, I couldn't spell when I was 16, and it turns out I was an asshole.

The colors on those scratch BC's are sic. CO avalanche esk. I sold my naked lady scratches to a friend. I sharpied in a thong and nipple. They got passed on as a shot-ski. I believe they are still in our local bar here lol!! I wish I kept all my old skis! But was always a broke ass. Those AR6's have the weird transparentish sidewall eh. It looks like we have similar taste in skis. What are your current park skis?

This just goes to show that Mr. Pollard is on another level on topsheet design. I still regret not getting the Opus. I like how you have both the Freddy Krueger Scratch FS and the Girl BCs too.

Lol. So Accurate. Eminem, chronic 2001, 50, snoop. Maybe some atmosphere. The inliners around here we're all about slug lol.

Those opus are an unreal ski graphics as well. I have toyed the idea of selling them. But they have crap salomons on them rn. The Freddie scratch's have the most memories then all the other ones combined. That was my one ski for many seasons and are beat beyond all fuck. But I shall never got rid of them. The armadas are a wonderful ski as well but I don't dare ski them. The girl bcs. I take out for a few runs every season but I take it easy. Also they are so goddamn stiff. And a stiff true twin center mount is pure anus for skiing

My current park all around ski are those skis all plays. Not gonna lie bought them stoned as fuck cause I thought they looked cool. But in all honesty it's a wonderful ski really does everything I want and what I can do at this time.

Looked very similar to the El Camino (El Camino had flat tails and were red the bottom 1/3 of the graphic)

I think the OG 1080s largest size was 177cm

Think the last few pairs of 1080s I saw there were in the 160-170 range, probably still there so I’ll check on the size next time I’m there

oh yeah, one of these fine collectors should get their hands on the reactor binding (more a "hall of shame" relic than "hall of fame" imo but still)

They are not able to be skied anymore the top sheet is beyond cracked . But they were so poppy and light. The were really response. And fast bases. I skied the shit out of them

dope, good to hear! love that ski, but hard to know how i'd think it skied compared to newer skis without having skied it in so long

that's a rare ski, what length is it?

think they were high 160s or lower 170s

Damn man that is a rough one. Hell, you could just hang them on your wall as art.

When these came out I probably wore a 21.5 boot. Can someone explain the contour’s on the mid ski

The contours are part of the "Spaceframe" design. The middle of the ski is thicker for support and the two "Paddles" at the end flex to let the ski float in powder. They are also foam core instead of wood and became noodles after a few seasons. They make a weird noise when you bang them together, kind of like two pieces of chalk hitting each other.
