I'd be in on this in a SECOND if I was in an "I have money" place at the moment. Sick, sick, SICK skis. I would ride anything they make. I have a feeling a 185 skinny would be pretty awesome... 185 skinny, 185 midfat = 2 ski quiver. Fuck yeah.
 
Actually bro they are about half as much as most other custom skis of their caliber. Especially because the NZD just dipped down to .62 USD. The Prices on their site are in NZD not US Dollars.

With the deal I've set up with them my fats are only costing me $449 plus shipping, about $500 or so in total. Igneous skis are at least a grand.
 
If anyone wants to wait a few more months and then try and order another 20% order I would be down.

Yes the 170s are cheaper than the 185s but it turns out I did the exchange rate backward on that difference it is actually only $20 cheaper.

Shipping from NZ completely slaughters you, it not only takes forever but costs alot.

Mine were supposed to have come 3 weeks ago, rescheduled to last week. Still haven't gotten them.
 
really? sounds similar to what happened to me with capital. 4 weeks late.

but Marshalolsen on TGR and myself just ordered some midfats, direct from alex, and they arrived in the US in less than a week.

I paid for them last week, and they are currently in CO with marshal until he can get them to me.

that sucks, though.

It takes three weeks to build orders and a week to ship they say. Flynn was your three weeks late after the three weeks to build, as in two months?
 
Kingswood skis are made here in Christchurch New Zealand.

The man behind them is Alex Herbert, who is a big mountain weapon.

They are indestructible, and he stands by all his products.

I have not skied them yet, but will be this winter, but have heard nothing but great things about them.

These skis are all handmade, and they are boddy.

Support local skis, support New Zealand, were it is about quality not quantity.

I was buying a topsheet blemed pair, they were already made when i ordered. Its late from the expected delivery date that much, just keeps getting pushed back. Will prob be worth the wait regardless.
 
Oh, and its by no means KW's fault, its just the shipping has gotten messed up with me. And once it gets messed up it takes forever to get fixed. Kind of like lost airline baggage. Im not blaming them one bit.
 
they look sick for sure. and the prices for the mega fat and fat are waaaaaaaaaaay nice compared to what other skis are at that level of ski
 
they will make you the reverse of what is offered upon requests. i emailed them to find out if i could get one white/black ski and one black/white ski. they said fo' sho nigga, fo' sho.
 
Taylor are you going in for another order this summer? Not sure if I understood that. If you do, hit me up when the time comes, I'm interested. Plus shipping would be easier since we're in the same general area. Did you get any of the crew in on this order?
