it's education, ice says they should just stop havign sex. Well, most of them probably don't even know what aids is or don't know how to prevent it. If people were more aware of aids over there, they would be better equiped to fight it. Since our society has the most knowledge, we should help them out. The one biggest problem in this world is lack of unity. Think how much we could accomplish as a race if we all cooperated and worked togther. Sounds almost too good to be true, it will probably never happen. But only because of backward thinkers like ice and hobo.
