We've got 2 girls moving out, so we will have 2 rooms available starting August 1st. The house is near 21st S and Foothill Blvd. Rent is $400 + utilities. We have a giant backyard that is great for outdoor parties/BBQs and our neighbors never say a word even if we're partying outside till 3am (on weekends). Big 2 car garage with linoleum floors. Movie theatre room with projector. And of course all the normal washer, dryer, dishwasher stuff. PM me if you want more info.
