$2 million dollar Lamborghini Reventon on ebay

they offer lease financing, im pretty sure if you have to lease a car like that you shouldnt even have one

thats just like cutting off it's balls. might as well make a lip stick and tampon holder built into the dash

its e-gear not automatic, which means instead of a trditional clutch and transmission you shift with paddles, its still manual, it just clutches for you. It is probably slightly faster to shift that way that normal manual transmissions.

now im not an interior decorator, but i know that the pictures on the wall are supposed to be of cars >= whats actually in front of you in real life, and the only thing they really could put there is a spaceship i guess.

but ive seen these cars before, the pic is just shitty and reflects camera flash wierd, its supposedly a sound dampening and very comforable material.

the ONLY coem in auto, but the e-gear shifts close to if not faster than f1 cars, which use auto paddle shifters. i think thats waht car& driver said, but who really knows. also thats a joke to lease a lambo? if you have a lambo, you should have enough money to buy it outright in cash, or not be allowed to get one.

it's not actually "automatic". it's an "e-gear", so there's no clutch pedal, but the driver still shifts using paddles. the Reventon is possibly the fastest-shifting car on the planet... there's no room for complaints.

there's still just something about using the clutch yourself and not having the car do it for you. i've always felt that an automatic transmission is the start of human submission to machines. i mean youre driving the car but the car still kinda telling you how to drive and will only let you come to certain limitations and such. when you have a manual you tell the car when to engage and disengage the clutch the gears and you just have more control over this machine that has your life in it. now this egear business is somewhere in the middle of this but still you dont have complete control. i do realize that it is faster and such but most cars arent made to be taken full advantage of.

I agree with you, but to reach it's full potential the best thing for THIS car IMO is an e-gear. If you're getting something like a gallardo, then I would go with the 6 speed

what good would a car like that be without the most technologically advanced, most expensive, fastest shifting production gearbox on the planet?

ok, well, these cars aren't about that "something" you love so much about a clutch, they're about the absolute peak performance. if the car shifts quicker with e-gear than you can with a clutch, Lamborghini extends a polite "fuck you" to the driver and installs an e-gear transmission. they have plenty other cars with a clutch system, but for this particular car, which represents the best of their technology, they've gone with their best transmission. how hard is that to grasp?

i guess that makes sense. it just further downs the argument that any motor "sport" is an actual sport.

truth.

also ive heard its somewere in the 6-10k range for a new clutch, and they go thru clutches every 1-15k miles. so the auto is a good choice for thatreason alone, but if youre buying a ,ambo, 6-10k is chump change...

dammit don't post live auctions that aren't yours, i was looking to snipe this but now everyone knows about it so it'll cost me even more...

omg you sick fuck. where do you come up with stuff like that?

I don't know mangs, I have always liked the dark flat colors on cars... just a sick sleeping beast look to them. I don't need the candies and brights on a fast car. I would rather have the actual numbers and ass whoopings do the talking than the the colors. I think the whole car looks sick... inside is sweet too. This was a cover page car for Men's Journal last month I think... Jon Olsson needs to upgrade to this one...
