What is the other notch thingy on the 1080 boots on the clip thats near your ankle, not the toe piece but after that... Here ill get a picture:

u can move the 3rd bucle so it gets a different closure over your instep, it depends on how u want the boot to fit.

what does it change in the feeling though, do you recommend it for park use? is there that big of a difference? I just remember talking about the rampages and how they have the inverted buckle and i figured this make the boot have more of that inverted buckle feel or w/e. I probably don't make sense, im tired.

if u mocve it to the other position, the closure will be like the dalbello's. it just pulls the boot tighter around the instep, as opposed to the upper part of your foot? get it? kinda...?

I have a high instep and i have found moving the 2nd buckle to the second position creates more room and for me a better fit around my instep. Try it you might like it there or you might hate it, its only a 30 second change over so no harm in testing it

ok another question, I noticed theres this like knob thing that you can move that says "canting" I was playing with it and I watched hte boot move but I didn't really know what it did. Anyone know? any recommendations?

yeah, i juts got those boots today...except the clear/green...and im gonna try the buckle on the back setting...

yeah I got last years to, brand new for $250 :D But yeah ive been messing with them, I like this canting and buckle adjustment, I would like to see how many people don't know about this.
