Posted this in Regionals but not much traffic there. Hope you guys don't mind a little shameless promotion.

College is expensive. Student loan interest rates just doubled. We're here to help.

From now until September 4th, we will be offering the Judge Pass (Jay Peak and Burke Mountain) for $199.

If you're not familiar with Jay Peak, this is our mountain:

We get the most snow in the East so this happens a lot:

If you're not familiar with Burke, that's because it's a little smaller (read: no crowds). Their terrain park is a mile of pure flow with a dedicated high speed lift. The park crew is super on point and loves to get creative:

We will also be hosting a college park and freeride event series this year called the Kingdom Cup. Anyone who participated in the Battles for Burlington will tell you that events like this are not to be missed. So get your pass while it's dirt cheap, get to training and prepare to help your school earn eternal shred glory.

PM me with your name, school and email address and I will get you hooked up.

And remember, only 13 more weeks til winter!

seriously folks, this is the best pass in the east. 4 years of college at jay, spent 800 bucks on passes, skieed 160 days... thats less than 5 bucks a day

man im 9 hrs away! i figure if you go 3 times its worth it. If i could get this deal id spend a week at a time up there.

Yeah but then I need to factor in hotel rooms and gas and all that jazz when I can ski for dirt cheap in most of NH because I am an instructor lol

I wish I could get that kind of deal over here in the Alps, most resorts don't even make student discounts, and when they do, it's still around 400€ ($530) for a middle sized resort like La Clusaz, I'm not even talking about Finland, the season pass is 400€ for a small place like Tornimaki : 2 gondolas and 2 tiny jumps, I shit you not.

So that definitely looks like a good deal.

A few years ago my home mt tried doing the same thing for high schoolers. if you got honor roll for the first grading period you could get a season pass for 49 bucks. skied 70 days that season if my math is correct that comes out at only 70 cents per a day. worth it. and the mt is pretty awesome. they now do the same thing but its like 150 now.

You should make a pass for 30 year olds to make us feel somewhat better that our life is now all downhill and out metabolism has gone to shit.

You should look up the Raving Riders. They are a group that takes a day bus from Providence to Jay 4 or 5 times a season. They leave at about 5 in the morning, ski all day, waterpark for a few hours then head back to RI. Best part? They take out the middle two rows of the bus and replace them with kegs and a DJ table. We also give them a wicked deal so it's pretty cheap. Check it out!

Sounds like you're only about 2 1/2 hours from here. You should come up for a weekend and check it out. Stay at Grampa Grunts for cheap lodging, and show your Gunstock pass to get a discount ticket. Bring a few friends to help out with gas and you're set.

Ive stayed up there before for a spring break. It seemed like a hell of a lot more than 2.5 hours. Probably because everytime I go into VT I get stuck behind people doing 20 under for like 100 miles at a time, especially on the way to Killy. Do you guys to Instructor recipricy because I am a ski instructor at Gunstock, it might just be cheaper for me to do it that way =)

Ski at Jay and stay at Gampa Grunts if you know whats good for you. Got some homies in the area who are cashin in on this deal, gonna make at least one trip this year have never been let down with conditions at Jay! Burke park looks dope too

I believe we do. We have gotten the same deal when we go to Cannon and Loon. You will need to get a letter from Gunstock's HR dept proving that you are an employee, and bring your Gunstock pass, and they should be able to hook you up.
