I'm 5'10-11 weigh 165lbs, I checked them out at the store and liked them but I ride 50/50 park/groomers so I don't know which length to get. My old skis were 176 salomon suspects so I think I should size up.

I would always go bigger. At the worst, it challenges you to get stronger. You may not be able to do as many switch ups, or 270's on, but on stomping big jumps, and anything in powder you will love them. Consider mounting point too, 185 centered will actually feel pretty short...

185 is a lot of ski to throw around in the park, especially full camber like the ARV. im your size and this is a tough call. because i would want 185 elsewhere and 175 in the park. my recomendation is consider where you will be using this ski more... what mountains do you ride?

I ride park up in NC at about 20-30 days a season and usually ~20 days out west mostly riding trails/backside with a little bit of park.

OP where are you skiing? If you going out west go with ARV 185. If your gonna be skiing on the east coast mostly go with AR7 181 or 176.

ARV 185. Yes, they are a traditional camber ski, but a forgiving one at that. At least from my experiences I wished I sized up.
