184 vs 194 4FRNT devestators

Decided on a pair of these...pretty hyped on them just what im lookign for for an everyday ski out in summit county. Only thing is do I go 184 or 194 on the length????

I generally ride right around a 190 on most of my skis (pow skis are a little bigger) and don't ski park to heavily anymore. Race background and ski very chargy which has me leaning towards 194. Only thing is I feel like they are slightly to long..im only 5;8'' but have zero issues on a 190 at all. Never really have ridden anything that big in a 194.

For an everyday mostly resort ski for just having fun on with friends/family I would lean towards the 184. If you're still gonna use it to rip bigger lines then I'd go 194.

I had the 194s for a while this winter. They don't feel that long, but man are they heavy.

Ride a long stick isn't a badge of honour, if its not adding to extra stability its just slowing you down.

What type of terrain do you find yourself skiing most of the time?

How much do you like to get into the air and get creative?

The Dev's seem like an awesome ski - but at 194 I think they're like 2.65 kg a ski. That's INSANELY heavy compared to skis around that same ballpark in length and width. At 5'8 I don't think it's a question for you that the 184 is the better option.
