I found a great deal on some mad trix's, but they are 181cm. I'm about 5 10-11, and will prob. be 6 feet by the time winter starts. I will use them mainly for all mtn, but I would use them in the park too. I weigh 130 lbs. Yes, I am a stick, I don't care. I'm not a very solid or strong skier, but I can tget down all the icy blacks in the SE fairly quickly. Would these be too long, even if I used another pair of shorter skis for just the beginning of the season? I need to know veery quickly cause My deal will go away very soon. Thanks.

I'm 5'9 190lbs and ski 182cm.

I don't know if you would be comfortable with 181, maybe 175 would suit you. Its totally up to you though, if you've skied before you should be able to figure it out.

if u can get the good deal on em then ud probably be fine with them...just get a little more meat and theyd be even better.

Jeepers Creepers, where'd you get the neat sneakers?!?!

180 will seem long at first, but you should get used to it, I'm 5'8 135 and I use a 180 cm ski and am really cofortable w/ it

Dude, get the 180s, seriously. A longer ski will help you out a lot. I ski 186s, weigh the same as you, and am 2 inches shorter.

ok, buddy, 6 feet tall, 180s are no problem. madtrix are stiff, but thats how they are. 180 is definetly not too long for your height.

I'm 5'10' and 175 pounds and I ski 181 Salomon 1080s and they are perfect for all mountain.

'I'm killin' ya'll niggas on that lyrical shit, mayonaise color Benz, I push Miracle Whips!'

if you consider yourself an expert skier, you'll have no problems...but then you probably wouldn't be asking if you were.

i'd say you're a bit light weight for it if you're intermediate....but you'll get used to the length after a few times on the mountain, and in the end..probably not ever go shorter. I'm 5'10 170lbs and ride 193 machete hucksters...they were harsh at first, but now they kick ass.

get the 180s, cuz they will make u ski better. Size is mainly about preference. there are guys that r 6 feet tall and ski 170s but tanner is 5 7 and skis 180s. longer skis take more effort to turn and spin, they will make u better.

long skis are sick.

i'd say if you aren't sure, go smaller because you dont want to be stuck with a pair of too-long skis...but it's just a matter of personal preference i guess
