I am fairly comforitble doing 180s on flat groung or on not too steep spines but how much hrder is it to do them on a table top?

I know that you can;t lean to far folward and you should bend your knees...

When I was learning them on big stuff, I always either over-ratated to a 270, or spun a fast 180 then drifted backwards to a hard landing. When I'm throwing them now, I think of spinning just 90, and the rest just comes around. Spot your landing the whole way over the opposite shoulder from the way you spin (ie. spin left and watch the landing to the right), and you won't over-rotate.

yea, knolling switch sucks, just do it, its not hard

Just do them off small rollers or something. Start small and work your way up. They are really easy, you'll get it man.

its my favorite trick. try just like making it across the table by doing a late 180, then once you're comfortable, go for a slow, floater 1 w/ a grab

i ride a 153 cuz im tiny, not cuz im gay. next year im getting a 165 or 169

it's really easy, just dont let yourself go too far backwards when youre coming into your landing, once that happens theres not much you can do. thats usually on bigger hits though, you shouldnt have a problem if you start small

hey man, we all start somewhere. And if u want to progress at all u have to willing to take a crash every now and then. Im not talkin shit by any means here, just sayin. Definately start on a small like 30 footer and work your way up. It'll happen.

i hate posers! Pot leads too... uh i forgot. Thats hilarious wherever i heard it.. Its on here somewhere.Thanx to harvey for such a kick ass site

when u spin on tables u shouldnt huck yourself 2 much just take it easy and go with the flow

They are easy, the table top is just more intimidating. Its really no difference, in my opinion.

i'm not sure if this will be good to do BEFORE you're first 180. but as SOON as you feel semi-comfortable with them, throw a tail grab in it. it will balance your spin, since you have to lean BACK to do a tail grab, and most people usually lean forward on a 180.

another idea is tail grab to late 180, very balanced trick. kind of tough, because you may want to lean forward, but instead bringing your tails to you, you go to your tails (which will also look a little off-axis)

180 safety's are very cool, too.
