179 or 189 2011 Hellbents

I am looking to get a pair of 2011 hellbents but I'm not sure what size to go with. I am 5' 11" and about 165 lbs give or take 5 lbs. I consider myself an expert skier and love skiing steeps, trees, cliffs, and bumps. What size is gonna be the best for me? I'm skiing in Crested Butte, CO this year.

dont be afraid of long reverse camber skis, they feel much shorter than they really are.

I thought they fixed it? I am pretty sure that the new k2's measure accurately. Either way, go 189. I am 6' 155lbs and ski a 189 one life. So glad I went longer.

Thanks for the help guys sounds like 189s for sure. Any thoughts on mounting points? I was thinking plus 6 which is 1.5 cm back of true center.

I would go check out a 189 before you just buy them. They are huge and heavy! the 179's are like a 185, and like the other guy said the 189's are more of a 195. Just check them out before you buy them
