178 too big?

Hey, i'm 5'6" and about 165 lbs. Do you think 178 invaders would be too big for park only? I would wait for the 171's but I want these skis for whistler in the summer. Thanks in advance.

 
I'd check the 90cm line 5-0 blades if i were you, they sound more like what your looking for

yes i think 178 for someone your height is too big. wait for 171s. itll make life easier for you, i dont think you want a park ski above your head.

I'm 5'8", and ski the 178 invader. Seems like a really comfortable length for me. I doubt the 2" inches between you and I is a big deal

Nah, they will be real tall on you thought. You'll most likely grow, and grow into them.

Yeah, im 5'8 and i ride 175s. 178s would be a bit of a stretch but they would look dope.

They seem perfect for me, but I wouldn't go any bigger...

178 is like 5'10, so are you comfortable with a ski 4 inches taller than you? i wouldn't be...

GET THE 178s trust me....i rode 175 when i was 5'6 but i was like 120lbs...your 165. those skis arent gonna be much for you considering they are soft. your gonna like the 178 much better

5'6" and 165? 178s will be dope. i am 5'11" and i rock 189's, park, bc, street, where ever. extra ski makes it easier to go blazin fast and you get way more pussy
