175cm pocket rockets wanted...

ow big are you cus 185's might be a better option.

i found when i demoed both the 175 and the 185, that for the kind of skiing i do, which is mainly big mountain and freeriding. no park. that the 185 is alot more stable and more controlable ski. the 175 seemed to jump around on me a bunch. so the extra 10cm made up for its noodly core.

well unlike some people, i like to help guys out when buying skis and give good advice. so next time, if you dont have anything to say about the forum, just shut up.

maybe he doesnt want ur advice and has his reasons for pursuing the length he wants...so stfu

Yea dude you might look into 185's instead of 175's, if you plan on using these mostly outside of the park. I bought 175 ARV's, and for the skiing that I usually do I wish i had 185's. However, they are very nimble at 175, and are the perfect, tree/pow ski, and great in the park as well. When I am bombing down the backbowls in vail and it is a little crusty, the tips kinda get a little squirelly sometimes. Now, you ask why I am telling you about ARV's when you are interested in pocket rockets? They have basically the exact same dimensions, and come in exactly the same lengths. And, from what I hear the ARV's are stiffer the the PR's, furthering supporting the idea that you may want the 185. OH, I am also 5'9 165-170 lbs.
