I rode 164 givers but I grew a lot in winter and def need a size up so I was wondering getting 174 givers. Will the size up be hard to get used to?

I'm 5'9" and about 120lbs and I ride 179s. You'll be fine at 174.

you should be riding like a 178-182 realistically but a 174 will be just fine for you

i was 5’10 during my season and rode 183’s the whole time. no troubles, just gotta put a little more muscle in some times

Get 182's, if you're under 5'7" 174's would play but you'll overpower the shorter ski pretty easily i think

Roughly your height is usually about perfect for skis. I am 5’8” and my arsenal includes skis from 172 all the way up to 184 (true lengths). You’ll be fine

Yo im 5'6" 125lbs and ride 172cms and feel they are perfect. I think 176 would be money for you but it's the ski your buying 174 might be the closest option and should be nice

2.5cm = 1 inch ,

A 4 inch bump up is actually significant but it sounds like 170 series is where you should be. Sizing varies with flex patterns / shapes .

and at the end of the day, every company uses a different measuring device....

Anything under 180 should be illegal unless you're literally a child, slalom skier, or its gaper day.

I ordered a very un-core length of ON3P’s that for legal reasons i refuse the specify.

Depending on your age and weight you should either get the 174 or 182. If you don't weigh much and won't grow much more, the 174 will be fine. But if you're still growing and aren't super small then the 182 would be better. The Give’r is also really light so don't be scared to size up.

im 5'7 and ride 181-186 skis. prefer bigger for park n shit. makes you better

Yep you'll love the longer ski. It gives your more of everything good eexcept weight, but with increased speed, turn radius, landing stability, its a no brainer to ski something a few inches taller than you UNLESS, unless all you do all day every season is ride a tow rope and slays rails in which case a 170s ski is preferable.

depending on how confident you are at skiing I would probably recommend 177's

5'9" is 175 cm, that's perfect for ya dog. ignore most of what you read on here re: ski length. buncha nerds repeating each other
