171s or 161s?

I'm going to buy a new pair of line invaders but im deciding whether to get 171s or 161s i'm about 5-9 and 140 lbs.. the only reason i ask is i did have a pair of line mike nicks 171s and i felt like i was dragging them behind in the air but i hear the invaders are the lightest ski on the market

well let me know what you think

I don't know how to put this, but I'm kind of a big deal... People know me, I own many leather bound books...

i am skiing on the 170 first blood and I am 110 and 5'6"

so the lighest ski on the market in a 171 should be good

also what are you doing with those mike nicks you talked about

171 most definately brotha im 5 9 5 10ish and im pretty sure im getting 177 this year so

I re read your size, and i would say go for the 178's. Always go bigger.

yeah if i was 5'9-10" i would get 178, cause im 5'7" with 176

i'd maybe go even bigger than 171 cause invaders are made to be completely center mounted and 171's gonna seem short, you won't regret going bigger

dude do u even hafta ask yourself that?! seeing that your 5'9".....171s without question! i ride 161s and im 5'4" and weigh 110 lbs. so id def go with the 171s for you . hands down.

178 dude, youll have no problem controlling the invader. its super light. and for gods sake, why were you even thinking of the 161's?
 
dont the invaders measure weird and the 178s are like 175s?? could be way wrong but you should get the 178s, Im the same size as you and rock some 179 SVs

so wait, ur saying that a person, in which is 5 feet and 1/4 inches tall, like myself, should be riding 170????? hmmmmmmmm, NO.

im riding 158 scratch pros.

a freestyle ski should match your height, or possible up to 2 inches taller than you, depending where you mount them, or at least thats what my shop has told me.
