171 or 178 invaders?

ive just decided to get some 08 invaders. wondering what size is best and if i should centre mount them. im about 5'10 and weigh about 150-55 pounds. ill be using them like 95% park 10% groomers??? thanks

Def get 178's, esp since that is a center mount ski. Im 5'9 and 140 and i am getting 178's.

im 5'11 and bout 155 and i rocl 181s. u should definetly get the 178s

They measure shorter because they are twins and since they are center mounted def. go with 178.

178. They ski real short because of the center mount

I think you would probably do ok with either - there is only a 4% difference in overall lengths. I am 6'1" 175 and have been riding on center mounted 171s for two seasons. I will probably go to 178s next time I buy them, but really just for an extra bit of stability on jumps and pipe. For jibbing, I think the 171 makes it a little easier to ollie onto stuff.
