Condition: Top sheet has a few minor chips scratches nothing bad. The bottom sheet is in pretty good condition a few scratches nothing that will effect your shredding! I am not sure what they were mounted to But i ride 28.0 327 bsl on them. Binders are in pretty good condition Few scratches its w/e

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! he ripped me off. we agreed to trade skis and i paid 70$ to ship mine to him (these exact obsetheds) i waited for a month and a half and still no skis. Then we talk and he says he snapped the obsetheds so im thinking "there goes my chance of getting those back if anything goes wrong." Then about 2 weeks later he posts them for sale. now he says i am ripping him off and just trying to get a free pair of skis out of the deal when i am the one who paid 70$ to ship them out to him just to have them stolen. I never got my skis and he got his. He killed the last half of my ski season and it blows. do not buy from KUSH/MAC.DADDY/ALAZKA
 
Dude your the sketchiest person every and you have like 10 accounts you're definately trying to snag a free pair of skis off me...
 
if i have more than one account then what is another name of mine? this is my only one and i just want the skis you agreed to trade with me. dont try and post stuff like that just so people will look at it and think im crazy.

I know you got the skis because if you didn't they would have been shipped back here. So stop trying to snag a free pair of skis. I've done lots of deals w/ skis and everyone has been satisfied but you.
 
kush if you sent him the skis you would have a tracking number from FedEx, UPS, or DHL to prove it thought correct? and then there would be details... they did arrive, were lost, or...? even if you didnt but the extra insurance they insure everything to $100 so at least you could give him that...

if you used USPS and didnt get a confirmation number or insurance... then im speechless...
 
Well duh these are your old skis. I know you got my skis because you had them as the skis you were riding... And no i didn't get a tracking number i had my mother shipping and they never gave her one.
 
i had them as the ones i was riding cuz i was stoked to get them which i never did. and yesterday you tried to convince me that these skis werent mine you said mine snapped and you bought these off your freind and mounted the same binders on them which i didnt believe at all.
 
but kush YOU Are still responsible for the arrival of the skis...
that is the way paypal works... if you cant produce evidence that you sent them out and they arrived OR they were lost and the shipper is going to compensate in some way, then paypal returns the money to the buyer... lucky for you, in this situation, it was a clean trade no money involved...

after hearing the whole story tho buddy... kinda sounds like you're at fault... you cannot prove they were even ever shipped, you cant prove they were lost, you cant prove they arrived... and while neither can he, he isn't the one responsible for proving that you are... YOU had the skis and YOU shipped them...
that being said, i truly believe you DID ship them and just didn't get insurance or confirmation... because you seem very logical and you have legit feedback...
again tho... those choices to not get insurance or confirmation were your choices so i am struggling to see why that is okay?
in the end... you ended up with skis and he got nothing? because you didnt send it ups or fedex? because you didnt get a confirmation number...? Whack as fuck.
learn from it and next spend the EXTRA 75 CENTS to get a confirmation number from usps...
 
How do we know that harmoon didn't get the skis. And this had nothing to do with pay pal. I really think this kid got these skis and is trying to get these back for a extra pair of skis and it's not going to happen. Yeah it was my fault i didn't tell my mother to get a tracking number. he has 0 feedback and is still a newb. I'm not going to deal with this
 
haha we dont know that... i stated that above... but in america you are INNOCENT until proven guilty... and in this case how was it not your responsibility to be sure...?
