yea at our shitty resorts...and where im from in fairbanks thats pretty much all my hill is and the other hill is just a giant park....i have to drive to the white mountains or drive down to girdwood (ALyeska) to have fun.

TGR is strange. 16 years of making ski movies and they havn't figured out how to make a trailor? ahahha. oh well.
 
I don't think that is really a trailer. a teaser if anything, But it does give you an idea of what will be in the movie. And I like what I see.

Also the 16 was in reference to how long Seth has a been a pro not how long TGR has been making movies. I have no idea how long they have been making movies.
 
i was just telling my friend today about how stoked i was on the concept of seth helmutcam.....holy shit...looks alot slower from the other perspective....daaaaaaaaaaayum

first off, that is not a trailer, its just a tgr athlete videoblog- there's been a ton of them already so far this season and they are all dope as fuck.

secondly, HOLY SHIT that frontflip of seths was ridiculous- he just mached into a tricky looking take-off and launched a huge smooth flip, totally stomped. just, wow...

lastly, to the guy that said tgr make wack movies- pull your head out of your ass and go slide a rail. if you don't enjoy tgr movies, you don't like actual skiing. period.
 
No I agree. Especially for a Seth video. He has way better stuff out there than an open powder line with a front flip. Hopefully the whole movie isn't that lame because this stuff is pretty boring.
 
you must be the best god damn skier out there if you actually view 60 degree steeps with double stagers and 40 footers all over pretty big exposure as open powder lines, and he was hauling down them, I doubt you would even go, and if you did I doubt you would reach the bottom in one piece.
 
oh, believe me. the trailers and teaser are on the way. that was just seth's home videos compared to the shit that's coming.
 
ahha, its really wierd how helmetcam can fucks with you. if you saw the footage (besides the frontflip) on a "normal" view, you probably wouldn't say that. there were a couple steep pow shots, but that double stager is gnar as fuck, and he hauled into it. blind rollover, to mandatory straightline, so ~40fter. pretty damn gay.
 
haha, so true. If that was a teaser/trailer type thing it sucked. I hate head cams, especially when they last for 3 minutes with a terrible song. Burly lines though, props to the riders but TGR needs some new editors, it looks like that was edited with windows media ahah
 
i apologize for mistaking this as a tgr thread. seth kills it. however, no matter how good tgr's athletes are and have been, they still make wack movies that are over-edited and boring.

r u kidding? tgr's main customer segment is not teenage jibbers by a long shot. ever heard of the tgr forums? go over there 'n tell them that, see what is said.
 
i'm actually with bumsteeze on this one. contrary to what that other guy said, ns is not tgr's target market at all. did you see any rails in lost and found? no. and there was only one short park seggy with alex schlopy and dash/dylan i forget which. so no, tgr hardly expects to appeal to the majority of ns members.
