alright so its late for looking for a summer job obviously

idk if anyone has what our town does, but our town provides a long .pdf document list of all the jobs available

im not really finding any, so im wondering if anyone has any ideas of places where i could go

i'm not really inclined to trying golf courses b/c ive tried previous times and no luck, and not lifeguarding or mcdonalds/bk.

Sounds like your shit outa luck this late in the summer. Try going to an automotive place and see if they need a mechanic. You could also be a maid at a hotel and clean rooms. Better yet you could join a local concrete business and be a mudjacker, they pay very good money.
 
idk dude i have it real lucky i live right between two huge tousrist towns Saratoga NY and Lake George so there are hundreds of jobs
 
dude im jus a farm hand.......... i get preety good money, and when it rains or its too wet or somthin i have the day off.... but if ur in the city i have no idea wat ud do
 
yo i have the sickest job ever

i work at an office doing random jobs/driving and delivering stuff to other offices and stuff and its soooo easy

and i get to go on the computer all day and go on NS

its sooo sick

im 17 btw

Oh ya, and i get paid $12.70 and hour

I got soo lucky this summer haha
 
bus or do dishes, i think you have to be 21 to wait thought.
i do dishes and sometimes i make more than the cooks depending on tips
 
i aplied at 10+ places. i dident get any. now im going to whistler and hood for the rest of the summer, so im pretty much gonna be poor all year
 
yeah grocery store jobs are dope super chill and there heavilly air conditioned

i have 2 summer jobs one is working part time at the safeway deli (super slack get paid every week)

and i the other thing i do is i work for a company who flips houses. ( hard work but tons of hours like i can get more then 40 a week if i want and good money)
 
I live in a resort town too (lake Placid NY) and im a valet/bellboy it is honestly the best job i could ever have. good pay plus tips, Im getting a second job soon at a lumber yard just stacking wood and pealing cedar logs for thoes railings. Either one is dope
 
all summer i sit in a chair with my ipod and watch little kids and ocasionaly hot girls or old drunk guys that like to tip you if you let them bump.

oh and i get paid for it.
 
Gardening. Rich people overpay so much just to pick weeds and make their million dollar estates look purty.
 
my older bro works at a ski shop and gets skis for wholesale value and mountain bikes. He gets helmets and gloves way cheap to. He can also demo next years product. Thats what im doing wen im old enough.
 
Me and my friend are clearing the smaller trees on a lot that is around 30 acres, which is owned by a rich guy from New Jersey. The work is pretty straight-forward, and it is some good exercise. We start work whenever we want, break whenever we want, and end whenever we want, because we are allowed to, so we can plan our work around other things if we need to. Oh yeah, its $15 an hour.
