If i record video with my camera in 16:9 mode and then capture back to my computer using windows movie maker, will i be able to view the video in widescreen (16:9 mode) on my computer?

if not, if i just get a 16:9 converter will that allow me to view it in widescreen again? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure if you burn the Windows Movie maker program onto a disc, delete it from your hard drive, and then set the disc on fire that it will solve all of your problems.

so...you want to record and edit widescreen? im not sure how moviemaker works but i know in premiere when you make a new project you set it to widescreen so when you capture its not distorted. the only way to go from widescreen to NTSC is to crop. if you just hit "fit to dimensions" it will go all squished and ugly. either stay with widescreen, or stay with NTSC. dont ever try to turn one into the other

no you convet it to 19 point 6 decimals per 5 sec that trasfers it to 89 chranks a min that will enable you to view widescreen

im not trying to, the video is already in widescreeen format on the camera and i want to capture it so when i view it on my computer, it is in widescreen...
